Very friendly and helpful staff. Minibus was waiting for us on arrival at car park to take us to airport. On return phoned car park as requested an minibus picked us up at designated point within 10 mins and our car was sitting ready for our return. Cannot fault service.

early morning start going out went smoothly. despite the royal highland show in full swing on return the shuttle bus driver took the 'magical mystery tour' and avoided traffic and delay. well worth a looksee

Terrible; place is impossible to find, not sign posted. Ended to park on the airport long-stay parking othervise I would miss my flight. One of the nerve-wrecking experience I would like not to experience in the future ever again.

Good value for money and drop off drivers friendly and pleasant. Only slight negatives were a ten minute delay waiting for pick up after arriving back and then my car was located in the middle of others when we were dropped off at car park.This led to a delay whilst keys of car blocking mine in were found...took a while...then we were able to leave. Despite this will use again as have been pleased with set up when used previously.

it would be a bonus and a good selling point if they washed the cars before pick up nothing fancy just quick blast ,,otherwise no faults

Would certainly use Low Cost Parking again. They did exactly what they said they would. Really delighted with the service.

We were very happy with the transfer from and to airport/carparking. Unfortunetaly at home, we found that we have scratched paint on the left front fender.

only drawback was finding the phone in the edinburgh terminal, i had to ask a member of the terminal staff also a bit concerned at the lack of shelter at the bus stop at the terminal but fortunately weather was not a problem

Easy to find (but make sure you check your map first). Bus was waiting to take us the short ride to the airport, and there was a quick pick up time getting back, with car waiting on our return. Only issue was finding the courtesy phone at the airport on our return as this was our first time with this service (they're on the pillars in the arrivals hall once you've come out of customs etc).

Low Cost are so prompt and reliable, the staff are friendly and helpful and they offer the bet value for money.

The instuctions to find the car park were simple to read,very well pleased with the manner we were treated with no delays either going or returning by coach.

First time we have used Low Cost Transfer. Staff and drivers were friendly and helpful . Prompt transfers. Would recommend to friends and family and will return.

Great price for weekends away, way cheaper than getting a taxi to and from the airport. (usually £35-£40). Not sure if it would be worth it for a longer break, anything more than the usual £35 round trip fee for a cab and I would just get a taxi, so i could have a cheeky beer on the flight home :D on the whole they have been great. Also I missed a flight back to Edinburgh last week, I simply called Low Cost and explained the situation, all i had to do was pay a £5 late fee. Customer Service has always been great.

everything was done fantastic, transfer from and to were fast and didnt even need to wait, my luggage was put away and brought to me. would definitely recommend this to my friends

It is extremely difficult to find the car park, the directions on the email missed out a road but after the stress of finding it, very good

Excellent service and value. Very convenient when coming from Angus, would always be my first choice.

When I got lost on way to the airport the staff directed us to the nearest car parking so we did not miss our flights very helpful and understanding Thankyou...

drivers were gr8 and helpful but had to wait for bus as we returned to find no bus and had to wait a while in the rain not so good returning from warm country.
