Great value for money, staff were friendly, they even had my car ready and running on my return. Would definitely use them again.

This was the first time using this car park and there were no problems will definitely use again when flying from edinburgh.

I was greeted by alert staff at 4.30 in the morning. The transfer was smooth. The transfer bus was waiting for me at the pick up point on my return.My car was close to the office door which enabled me to get quickly on my way. My only criticism would be about the signage at the front gate which was somewhat confusing.

One negative point is that there was no cover on the pick up side so good job it wasn't raining there is cover across the road but to get there is a bit of a walk with luggage if you are needing to hurry to catch the transfer bus .The staff both ways were far more friendly than I would have expected usually you get courtesy but all staff were really nice.

The drivers were very busy but still polite and full of chat. I was delighted with the service.

Came back from holiday on 12th September They sent one small bus for about 30 people waiting and had to wait 20 minutes for second bus Picked car up and headed home Went to car at home the following day and noticed a deep gouge in front bumper This was not there before it was parked there because I had washed it Haven't bothered complaining because I have no proof but won't be back and will advise friends about parking there

Took over 1 hour for us to receive our car when coming home from our holiday.

Car wasn't quite ready when we arrived from the airport but admittedly we didn't phone to warn them. Instead we just hopped on the transfer bus. Staff were however easy going, friendly and helpful so top marks in my view. It matters.

Quite misleading directions if you coming from the Glasgow side. Better find it on google maps and follow. I know the area so didn't have too much trouble finding it, but I wouldn't be pleased if I was late to my plane because I was searching for the car park. Everything else was fine. Very quick turn over with keys and bus transfer there and back. I would recommend this car park to everyone.

We found the day staff friendly on our return but the night staff on departure much less so. Both transfer drivers were very helpful, manoeuvring cases etc. On our return, we had a 20 minute wait to be picked up at the airport, with no shelter. Other transfers were much more frequent. Cars waiting to be picked up were very tightly packed so the smaller the vehicle, the easier to get out. Definitely worth the money though, although our friends parked on-site for not too much more than we paid. Their getaway was much quicker.

On my last trip, low cost Parking was easy to use and a pleasure to deal with. The only problem I had was with my sat nav, where the Post code was now where near the Car Park !

Very easy process, once you find the place, perhaps another sign would easily fix that. Simply drop in you car keys, get on the bus and away you go. On the return call the number on the receipt and arrive back to your car ready . Did the booking on line the day before we were due to fly and received good communication . Low cost parking provide exactly what's required .

First time to use this company and I will use again. Everyone very helpful. Service good.

This was one of the slickest park and fly experiences we have ever had. We dropped off the car at the depot and it was there again on our return. The courtesy bus was prompt and the staff all extremely pleasant. I would definitely use this park and fly again.

I found LCP to provide a very efficient service and would be very happy to use them again. The transfer only takes 10 minutes. The only down side was that it was difficult to find the LCP site at night. It would be helpful if they erected a sign at the turn-off.

I would not recommend this car park to my worst enemy! My car was damaged on site and they will not take responsibility or even return my calls or emails. Shocking customer service and in my opinion they should not be allowed to use this booking website.
