Place was difficult to find,when we did find it we were shocked to find our "secure" car parking space was a grass section at back of hotel. Customer service was a joke, sounded like we had woken girl up when we had buzzed for assistance. She wasn't particularly helpful either. We had clear instructions printed to say we needed to complete forms on arrival- we were told that this was not necessary. We felt the secure car parking was inadequate, girl never once asked to see our booking paperwork on arrival or when we returned to collect our vehicle. We have used car parking facilities like what you offered, we will certainly not be using this company again.

Great service, great value, would certainly use again - recommended!

Although cheaper than actually parking at the airport service from staff was very poor. They did not give directions to the airport or seem at all concerned for the customer.

Arrived at Spa during quiet hours, car park was almost full, rang bell at reception as per instructions and spoke through door speaker to unhelpful woman who asked for booking reference and then broke connection. It was dark and we could see no obvious route to the airport terminal and ended up walking the road route which took us 30 minutes with our luggage. Arrived back in daylight and was able to establish quick route to carpark but condition of footpaths not good for pulling suitcases or pushing a luggage trolley. Not the best of starts to our holiday!!!!!

Parking was very un-organised - we were simply told to make sure that the car was off the road - we ended up in the rosegarden.

There was a voice on the end of an intercom to greet me at the hotel, not a sign of 'customer service'. There were cars parked all over the place; it was a matter of finding a spot wherever I could. There were no directions to the airport, let alone transfers. It was the lesser of two evils, and unforunately I'll probably have to do it again. You are welcome to display this on your website.

We arrived and got the last parking space in the car-park. Lots of other cars around parked on the verges etc, so assume it is always over-booked. Cheap and cheerful for short term parking.

It was very cheap, at only £20 for the week, it was £15 cheaper than pre-booked airport parking at Durham Tees Airport. The attendant was very casual, and showed us where to park the car, it was near the ordinary car park for Hotel customers. We took our keys with us, and when we came back just walked over and collected the car. We did not have to check it out. Only problem was the walk to the airport, which would be no use for disabled visitors and you would definitely get wet if it was raining, as there is no transfer bus. But the price outweighed these problems.

Would I stop there again? Yes but take a good locking device. Location was great, a 2 minute walk to the terminal from the hotel car park. It was satisfactory and convenient.

No one to book car in at 0515hrs except through intercom. Instructed to leave booking form on bench outside main entrance to Hotel. Parking is in general hotel parking area which is open to public and industrial area around Hotel.

Directions to Spa Hotel were quite good and we found it without too much difficulty. We were met in the car park by a member of staff and shown where to park. A luggage trolley was provided and help given to load cases. Directions were given for the walk to the Airport Terminal. The walk itself was mostly along the road (no footpaths) and the roads themselves were quite rough to negotiate with cases. We were lucky the weather was fine - if it had been wet/windy the walk would have been horrendous. Having said all this - it was good value for money!

Tiny hotel car park - they overbook and people end up parking on the road which no doubt is not their property, and could be used for free anyway. There's no security at all, but it is a very quiet area so I suspect there's rarely problems... and to get there you have to go down a road which says no vehicles! Very confusing. It does save a bit on the proper airport car park, but considering there's a 10 minute walk down a rough road to get to the terminal from this hotel, next time I'll pay the extra!

Spa Hotel offered cheap parking which is just as well as it was not worth more. The site is signposted at the entrance to a no entry road! We arrived early morning and just managed to squeeze into the only available space. Our instructions were to report to reception and sign a form but the door was locked and we were greeted by a sleepy intercom voice who asked our name and said ok - that's it. We left our vehicle not knowing whether it would be there when we came back!!

I would say that this car park represents value for money as a no frills Teesside airport parking option. Spa Hotel is only a short walk from the terminal. The signposting could be a little clearer but apart from that I would recommend as a cheaper alternative to the on site parking.

I would probably use this car park again as it is much cheaper than on-airport parking, but this facility would be no good for disabled or elderly passengers with lots of luggage.
