Directions that are emailed and local signposting are very bad. It's down numerous single lane country roads. I couldn't find the place and had to use the on-site NCP car park. What's more, I didn't even get a refund from Highwayman. Poor show I think

We were met on return by a new transit and driver who gave us all our car keys, we were then told to wait for another van & driver, no explanation given, he drove off & left us in freezing cold & storms for 20 mins at 2.30 in the morning till a crappy old transit arrived and took us back to same yard as original van and driver??? no reasons given , so we were not hppy bunnies and won't use them again!!

I booked the Highwayman Parking over the internet, excellent site. The car park is quite close to the airport, and we found the transfers to and from the airport excellent(no hanging around). We were given the keys to our car by the bus driver on our return , so there was no queuing to collect them,the car was parked out in the bay ready for the journey home.EXCELLENT SERVICE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Upon arrival staff and bus were waiting, very friendly driver. Upon return we were forced to wait in the cold very late at night for 20mins whilst 1 bus had to make a round trip, not pleasant coming to a cold country from a hot country and waiting in the cold. This on its own will ensure that I do not use them again.

We were a little worried about finding the car park as we needed to arrive early hours of the morning. Directions were detailed and clear, so no problem there. Duty staff most helpful and we were immediately transferred to the airport and they explained where they would be parked on our retrun. This was reassuring as we haven't used this type of service before, but would certainly use it again. Takes the stress out of parking and then finding the car on your return. Thanks.

The Highwayman secure carpark is quite close to Cardiff airport and if you are flying during licensing hours you can have a meal or a drink in the hotel before leaving for the airport or on your return. Also they keep track of any delays on your flight and can advise whether there is sufficient time to stop and eat before making for the airport.

This carpark we would definitely recommend. We have used them twice now and nothing is too much trouble. We unfortunately left our camera in our jeep after they had dropped us to the airport. We phoned them, they looked for it and delivered it to us at the check in desk. Brilliant staff and excellent organisation. Thank you all so much.

A very good efficient service, which seems well set up and managed by their personnel. My only minor concern was the speed at which their bus drivers travel through the narrow lanes between their facility and the airport. I feel it is a safety issue that requires some attention. That aside, again a good service.

The car park is easy to find providing the map is studied beforehand. It may be more difficult in the dark - we travelled in daylight. The lane is fairly narrow, so proceed carefully as you may have to pull in to allow oncoming vehicles to pass. The service is excellent, and the minibuses take you to the airport promptly and are already waiting at the airport on your return - no need to phone. The driver will have your car keys with him. Would use again.

This is a minor quibble about what was otherwise an excellent service. My only concern was on our return. Having been picked up from the airport in the very early hours of Monday morning, we were deposited in the car park and the driver had disappeared before we had chance to check over the car and ensure that all was well. However everything was fine and we were on the road no more than 30 minutes after landing.

Extremely helpful staff. On arrival at the car park the staff were able to inform us that our flight was delayed by 3 hours. We were then able to stay at the pub and enjoy some drinks and a meal rather than spend all this extra time hanging around the airport.

very professional service, we were transported to the airport within minutes of arriving at the Highwayman and taken right up to the entrance to the airport building, which we would not have been able to do in our own car due to security measures. When we arrived back at Cardiff your minibus was waiting for us directly outside the airport building cannot speak highly enough of your service and will use you every time we fly from Cardiff. We have also recommended you to all our friends

I aways use your facility and have always been pleased with the service.Unfortunately I was taken ill before the holiday,and had to cancel.However you refunded me my money, without question,and I was very pleased.Will always use your parking, as usual.regards JF

Fantastic service all round. Straight forward to find but you had to follow the map closely. Friendly and helpful staff. On return transfer the bus was waiting for us!!! Have booked again ready for our next holiday. Well done to Highwayman staff and thanks.

I would recommend using Highwayman Parking as is took the hassle out of car parking. Our plane was delayed on return journey, Highwayman were waiting for us at the terminal and without any further wait we were transported back to our car ready to journey home. Superb, couldn't fault it.

On arrival the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. booking in the car was quick and easy, we were helped with our luggage to the awaiting mini bus and transported swiftly to the airport. The mini bus was waiting for us on our arrival home and our car was ready for collection, it was in good condition and there is no additional milage. I would highly recommend this service and will certainly be using them again.

Overall a very good service, without stress or inconvenience. Staff give personal touch with very good value for money. Car park seems very secure, though it is a bit 'out of the way'. The single track access is a bit of a bind but is a very small price to pay. First rate in my view.

A very slick and professionally run business 5/6 mins from Cardiff airport. I found it beneficial to drop other travellers off at airport with luggage before going to the carpark and vice versa on return (personal choice) Highwayman DO cope adequately with luggage. Transport awaiting on return and car courteously ready to drive off. Thank you

Early on sunday morning 24th december was our flight.the directions to parking were well charted.when we got there there was quite a big gathering of tourists and only two people able to register and ferry us to the airport.In fairness the previous 2 days had seen flight cancellations due to fog.There could have been more people to help.we nevertheless were transported in time for our flight.For a 6am flight we arrived at 4.35am at the parking and were dropped off at 5.25am due to the rush.The flight was fortunately delayed by half an hour.On return we had no such problem and found a coach waiting to take us back.

My only point was that when I picked up the car, it was in gear. Luckily I noticed in time as the car was parked by a fence and I automatically check that it is in neutral. However, those that don't may have a nasty suprise by their vehicle shunting into the fence
