I am glad that I checked where the car park was located in the daytime. It might have been more difficult in the night when it was raining, but directions were good.

Have used before and will use again. Perhaps the local council would like to resurface the roads between the Highway Man and the airport, that would make it perfect.

this car park was using the facilities of the Highwayman public house. Our flight landed at 7.30 pm and we would have had some pub grub but this had finished at 7.00 pm and only restaurant meals were available. We therefore drove off and found somewhere doing pub grub.

Easy to find. Efficient and friendly check-in. Had opportunity to have car washed and valetted for a reasonable price. Quick transfer, helpful driver. On return they were exactly where they said they would be and handed our keys back before we got on the bus. Couldn't have been simpler.

I found the service was really reliable and the staff where friendly, especially given the early time of arrival and departure. The car was secure and overall my experience was great and I would recommend this company.

Instructions to find car park could have been improved by listing every roundabout from M4 and explaining better what the one with two arrows looked like.

This was the best service we have had out of numerous airport parking facilities. Everything was carried out as describd. The staff were most courteous, reassuring and punctual. They were also sociable and helpful. The service provided was first claas with a prompt shuttle to and from the airport. There was good communiation throughout with follow-up and when you returned the car was ready and waiting close to reception. I would certainly recommend and I have done so already.

First time we used the Highwayman, transfers were prompt both ways we did'nt wait at all, our car keys were given to us at the airport, made everything go very smooth.A bit dark in the lanes in the early hours but no other traffic about, all in all very satisfied,would use again.

The instructions about the "bent arrows" had me looking out for strange chevrons and directional arrows in very difficult weather conditions. And I was not alone. When I turned into a side road to retrace my route, recognising that I was lost, so did the next car behind me. Once at the parking area I was most impressed by the efficient way all was conducted. Our return journey was equally slick. It was only in daylight on my return that I discovered that the arrows are island sculptures which are not lit up in the dark!

Liked the fact that: - They dropped me right at the terminal. - They were waiting to pick me up when I returned (without me needing to call) - They gave me my key in the transfer bus (rather than having to go into an office) - My car had been moved to an easy pick-up point (rather than having to hunt for it in the carpark)

Whilst the directions on the booking confirmation are good, our flight was very early in the morning and it was difficult to follow especially as it was still very dark, and we did not have satnav. So clearer signage to the Highwayman from the main roundabouts would have been helpful.

We found this service very efficient and freindly. We pulled into carpark bus waiting driver helped with cases. We were taken straight to airport, no hanging around,and told where he would be waiting on our return, we came straight out of arrivals he was waiting in car park, and once everyone was on the bus we were taken back to our cars. Again the driver was very helpful, and very plesant. I would recommend this serevice to anyone, especially those who hate hasstle, there was none.

parking at the security park was easy,but the driver i spoke to didnt listen to me,he said i would be back on monday at 13.15,i told him i would be back on sunday at 23.40 and left him my plane details,i take it they went straight in the bin.as a result when i arrived back in cardiff at 23.40 on sunday,i waited untill 00.30 before deciding to catch a taxi to the security park.the driver at the park appolagised and gave me my taxi fare back.

experience with highwayman parking was brilliant. Mini bus took us as soon as we got out of our car in the wee hours. On return there were quite a few people waiting for buses. we never made the first and so thought we would have a long wait but a bus arrived within the minute, absolutley brilliant for a Sunday eve, thankyou will use next time

It was all really quick and very good service. We will definitely use irt again. It was quiet when we arrived back, but I can imagine the narrow lanes being a bit tricky at busier times

First class door to door service by polite, efficient staff. Great Value for money in a secure facility. I will be using you guys again the next time I fly from Cardiff.

we arrived late due to sat nav problems, the attendant was waiting for us, he was friendly, efficent and polite, the transistion from car to courtesy bus was quick and efficent. No problems getting to the airport, the courtesy vehicle was warm and clean. on our return the transport was waiting for us the driver was courteous and helpful and the vehicle was clean and warm with no problems, our car was clearly visible and accessible on our return. All in all a great service which i have recommended to 2 other people in the week since i have returned.

I've used Highwayman twice and both times were efficient, straight forward and easy. Best of all they are always waiting for you to come through arrivals, rather than you having to wait for them - excellent service, thank-you

We travelled very early in the morning and although the office was shut we were told to ring a bell and within 5 minutes a bus arrived to take us to the airport. The driver was very friendly. On our return a bus was waiting exactly as we had been told to return us to our car which had been parked in a convenient place for us to drive away. Easy, friendly and great service, thanks - I wish everything was as simple!

Excellent service - no hanging around waiting -as soon as our luggage was loaded onto the mini bus we left for the air port - would definately book this car park services again.
