Its all very easy, just follow the instructions and you can't go wrong.

When entering the car park I drove around for about 15 minutes trying to find a parking space. No helpful information. Once car was parked the experience improved with polite efficient staff and good transfers.

Found the whole experience quite stress free - helped by the fact that the silver zone was reached from my direction before the airport and with very clear signage. Easy to book car in with reception, bus just outside and dropped off right outside terminal, which is something you can not now do with a private car. As it is such a large car parking area the only disadvantage could be that when you get back it might be quite a walk to your car but hey you can,t have everything.

Would recommend this facility to any other person needing to park their car

The experience is generally good but the parking bays for new arrivals are very small and hardly marked at all. Space between cars is tight and damage to own and other vehicles is a great worry. I parked centre of my bay and had great difficulty in getting out of the car. Cars, and 4x4's are getting bigger and need more space but this isn't being catered for.

This car park is extremely close to the airport and we have used it many times. We have never had to wait more than a minute for a bus either at the car park or at the terminal and the bus ride takes less time than walking to the terminal from the long stay car park. It is also much easier to find somewhere to park than in the long stay car park. The staff are quick, friendly and efficient. I definitely recommend this service.

Long walk in the rain from the parking space to the reception for the transfer. However, good value for money.

A really fast and efficient service both on departure and arrival. The staff were helpful and the transfers were on time and pretty quick. A service I'll definately use again as long as the price stays the same!

You are asked to find a space and park your car. Unusual, but OK. Trouble was it was a 200 metre walk back to reception lugging our suitcases. And we had taken no raingear, expecting to leave the car for staff to park only a few yards from reception, as per the other services we have used. We were delayed by over 26 hours and our car had been moved nearer to reception - and the receptionist said no extra charges were due as the delay was not our fault. Thank you Silver Zone.

Pay the extra tenner and go for long stay. Bit time consuming having to get the transfer bus to departures

Not a bad experience at all but ALL parking is too expensive for what you get! The car was a very long way from the reception office so in wet weather it was a very unpleasantly long walk - the more so since we had take skis off the roof rack as well! Very good people and transfers but quite expensive for a fairly basic service.

The staff were efficient and friendly, so you felt like a customer and not just on a conveyorbelt. transfers were quick and efficient. All in all a very good experience. We will use this again.

The drop off was easily found even though we arrived in the dark. We were running extremely late for our flight but the staff in reception processed our drop-off very quickly and the transfer ran us straight away which was great. Pick up was equally simple and straightforward. 1st class service thoroughly recommended.

Would highly recommend to anyone parking at the silver zone. Cheap, quick and easy.

excellent, easy to find, staff were easy to communicate with which made life easy especially when stressed out ready to start your holiday as i had to pick up the flight tickets

Return bus was like a scrum with people trying to keep their suitcases easily accessible consequently making it more difficult for everyone else.

I have very pleased from service Silver Zone Parking.They offer very punctual transfer to and from car park.They are organize very well.

had to park quite a way from the office and bus stop ...but thankfully car was moved closer for pick up on return
