Failure to do this may result in your car being clamped or your vehicle being removed.

No facilities but value for money right next to airport. Jan 2009 parking due to be free with £10 per flight supplement. Strongly recommend SimplyParking in interim. Hopefully SimplyParking will continue to offer benefits after supplements have been used to enhance facilities and parking fees are re-established.

Please don't expect to drive into the usual long term airport carpark to book your car in and have it securely parked in a well lit compound,it doesn't happen,you find a space anywhere and park up,the only time anyone knows your car is thee is when you have to go to the desk to get out,it's very expensive for what you get but I'm not sure that there is a choice unless you book into a hotel and get parking included

The only major problem here in August was having pre-booked,arriving at the long stay car park and not being able to find a car parking space.There was no indication at the main long stay area of any overflow parking facility and no notice informing new arrivals the main car park was full.Enquiring at the airport information desk I was directed to the overflow site or to use the short stay area directly in front of the main airport entrance.

Right next to the Terminal Building. Just drive in park and walk into the Terminal. It could not be easier. The pre-paid ticket was very easy and getting it validated at the information desk on return was no problem. No time wasted waiting for transfer busses or long walks to the Terminal, just Drive-in and Fly

When we arrived it was raining as there is no facility to collect your car and pick up passengers nearer the terminal

When we arrived home it was raining,when we got to our car our suitcases were a mess from the carpark surface (gravel),consequently when we put them in the car ,the car boot became a mess too.

this has to be the best airport i have flown from. but the car parking has to be the easiest i have ever used. right on the airport no need for tranfers. just a few hundred yards walk away. brilliant.

Overall I had a very good experience. Easy to book online. Being a new driver to the UK I found the maps online easy to follow and I had no problems at all. It was nice to park so close to the airport and be able to walk just a few steps to the terminal.

Assuming that the temporary barriers and lack of surfacing mean that a re-furbishment programme is planned, the only real problem will be solved. Overall, a good option.
