The Lounge reviews

The lounge was pretty much as we expected with no problems whatsoever. The choice of cooked food, included with the lounge facilities, was a very pleasant surprise and was delivered by excellent, and extremely friendly, waitresses. We would definitely recommend the lounge as a worthwhile alternative, at a small cost, to sitting-it-out in the hustle & bustle of the main airport.

The only downfall is that the lounge is located before security checking, due to this you felt you had to watch the time a lot. Excellent variety of good quality drinks, and food was very good also.

JFK doesn't have a great deal to do once in the airport in comparison to somewhere like Heathrow. There is nowhere comfortable to wait for your flight. With this in mind, "The Lounge" was perfect. The staff could not do enough for us, the lounge itself was spacious and comfortable with wifi access and a large television. The food and drink were of an excellent standard and we will definately use this service again.

This lounge I would definately recommend. Staff were friendly and a choice of food from menu included, which was nice. Great view of the planes as well, you get to watch them all taking off! It was wonderfully quiet when we went in the middle of summer, well worth the money as the airport itself is very busy with not enough seating for waiting passengers.

Flight times had been changed which would have involved a long wait between flights. The Lounge provided a great place to relax between flights in quiet and comfortable surroundings. Would recommend this service if you have a longer wait.

It is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The dining facility is something that I haven't seen before and nobody was using it whilst I was there but the tables were set out for use and looked very classy. If you wanted to be picky you could say that there wasn't the choice of snacks that you get at London Gatwick but other than that I would say that the lounge is very good and extremely good value for money.
