it was very releaxing, the facilities were fantastic and the staff very friendly and helpful, a special thanx to lynn who was a great help and a very nice person

We didnt have very long in the lounge this time but it was very satisfactory & worth paying the extra. There seemed to be some teething problems with the drinks machine & toaster but nothing that the staff couldnt rectify.

Comfortable, quiet surroundings with a good range of refreshments. The value of paying for the lounge was particularly put into context as I travelled on a busy day at the airport and the general public seating area and food hall was packed, with long queues and people standing!
