The Yorkshire Premier Lounge

Very easy, very simple. Not too crowded which made the whole experience most enjoyable prior to the excitement of going on holiday.

The check in was simple. Reserved seats were set aside. The food available was fresh and tasty. The whole area was clean and well presented. I will definitely use the lounge on my next trip

We were very impressed with the choice of drinks available. Many spirits, lagers, wine and mixers. The lounge itself was comfortable, clean and the 3 hours relaxing in there seemed to pass in a flash. I expected the 'snacks' to be crisps etc but there was hot cross buns, bacon buns and other choices. Will definitely do it again next time.

The family lounge was appalling. There was a shortage of snacks, there did not appear to be enough staff and it was full to capacity. The service manager was really helpful and moved us to the business lounge recognising there was no snacks available, the seats in the family lounge are awful and very uncomfortable. Pay a little extra for the business lounge and do not book the family lounge

first time i have used the leeds bradford yorkshire premier lounge,easy to find ,lovely decor and the choice of refreshments wonderful, self service ,comfortable chairs ,what more could you want ? hats off to the yorkshire lounge

Used the service on a recommendation and was I glad I did.We thought it was relaxing and the food and drinks choice excellent.Wie look forward to use it again next time we fly

a nice clean environment, drinks hot, cold, beer, wine, and spirits are plentiful with a good selection. the food' ,the only hot food had to be toasted, the fruit tea cakes top class, even crisps and salted nuts for the kids along with a large screen play station thingy. we a family consisting of grand parents, parents, sister, and two children were more than happy. also by the time you have had a drink and a sandwich in the bar area the cost of the VIP lounge is well worth it we will all ways you it

We probably came at the wrong time as it was very busy & the staff were run off their feet, but they did their best. A few sandwiches would have been ideal, but the snacks were acceptable. No real strict control on entry/return when going in/out to use facilities, could be improved. Internet access in this day & age was a real boon. A little noisy at times, I think this was due to some customers using the lounge as a "Happy Hour" before their holiday. OK but seen it, done it, now I'm in my 60's I would like it quieter, but it wasn't rowdy. I suppose it's difficult to cater for everyone & you have to provide the best compromise. All in all will use again as very comfortable.
