No1 Lounge, Heathrow reviews

Excellent lounge and facilities, very comfy, good food. But when it got busy was a bit cramped. Young children were allowed to run around without parents, screaming, staff did nothing to resolve this. It was constant for 2 hours. Also 1 of the female staff members was very rude. 'Tut'd' when asked for a bacon roll. When she collected dirty cutlery, she was thanked but we were totally ignored. No interaction or customer service skills from her. When ever she was asked for something, got 1 word answers and a miserable face and the occasional 'tut.' Also the so called 'clothing rule' is false, as alot of people were in shorts, again these were not challenged. So mixed visit, excellent food and facilities, but service was awful, lounge rules not kept, so probably will not return.

Customer service ok but not great, we had to keep asking and no information was volunteered. Very comfortable and quiet.

No 1 Heathrow is an oasis of calm in the otherwise frenetic environemnt that is Heathrow. It was the ideal place to wind down and relax prior to a long haul flight. I would definitely consider using these great facilities again.

The lounge was excellent in every way possible. Being able to shower and relax between two long flights was very good. My roaming wasn't activated when i landed so your free wifi was an added bonus. My only criticism would be the food/drinks. Water is in a fridge in the TV lounge and not at the eating area (I only discovered that when I was leaving and the choice of snacks were limited (I am vegetarian). Apart from the above, I am very glad I booked the louge and will do so again.

We enjoyed using the facilities in the lounge before our long haul to Australia. The staff were very courteous and the atmosphere was very relaxing and peaceful. We have already recommended the VIP lounge to friends and family

I found every aspect - comfort - food & drink - facilities - staff excellent. The experience exceed expectation. I will use the lounge again.

Was helped when I entered and everything was explained as to how things work there. Could eat and drink and then use the computers. Place was nice and clean with a very friendly environment... Definitely will use them again in my travels...
