The visit to aspire lounge in birmingham was a really enjoyable It was a present from our daughter for mr colin bradleys birthday. The only thing I need to mention is having to leave the lounge to go to the toilet which was in the main concorse .not very exceptable.

Most disappointing to find the toilet facilities were so far away from the lounge. The choice of refreshments was limited. Our experiences at Cardiff executive lounge were far superior.

after the usual traumas of airport security (and actually to be fair Birmingham does this better than most), the lounge is close to facilities and gates, comfy, well-equipped and quiet. With friendly staff, hot bacon butties early in the morning, newspapers, and the usual drinks and snacks, it is a pleasant place to spend the inevitable time waiting around required of airports.

We arrived late so weren't in the lounge for long but we certainly got our money's worth whilst we were there! Hot mini bacon rolls, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, alcoholic drinks and chilled cans of pop and juice (which we took a few of in our bags for the flight!) there were also an assortment of biscuits in little packets. We were there ealry so these were the breakfast snacks. Would use the service again : )

We have used this lounge a number of times. The staff are always helpful, but it can get very busy at times and there can be times when it is difficult to find seats.

Cereal, croissants, afternoon sandwiches or cheese and bicuits would be nice. Not really into drinking alcohol in the morning. Quiet and comfortable. Why are there no toilet facilities. The window blinds are not adjustable and it can get quite warm in there. Good choice of drinks.

A good selection of drink and nibbles available. Lounge was busy but supplies were kept topped up. Regular tidy ups by staff kept the lounge clean and tidy. Only downside was we had to leave the lounge to go to the toilets. Would definately use the lounge again.
