The Marhaba Lounge was well signposted in the airport and therefore easy to find. The Lounge was clean, quiet and comfortable, with plenty of seating available at the time of our visit. The range of food and drink on offer was adequate, without being extensive or exotic. Use of this Lounge is good value for money.

very long time to get you booked in . Iy took around 15 minutes, not ideal after a long flight.

it was very clean yes but the furniture was very old and ripped.The staff at the counter was not very helpful and it feld if thy looked down at me.

Despite visiting Dubai a number of times, this was the first time that my family (myself, my wife and my 6 year old son) had used the lounge but it certainly will not be the last. The lounge is easy to access via a dedicated lift from the main concourse which also makes it easy to visit the many shops and duty free afterwards. It is spacious and well equipped. There is plenty of choice of both hot and cold foods inc. pasta, rice, club sandwiches, beef stroganof, fresh fruit. Likewise there was a choice of alcoholic (beers and spirits) and non alcoholic (Coke, Sprite, Tango, fresh orange etc.) drinks and two coffee machines. All of the food and drink is self-service and it was kept well stocked. Overall the lounge was clean and tidy, albeit, some of the furniture was showing signs of wear and tear due I'm sure to the constant use. The toilets in the lounge are clean and well maintained.

The Marhaba lounge provides a reasonable selection of food and drink for the traveller. The WiFi seemed very slow and it was starting to get busy when I arrived and so finding a space was difficult.

We went to marhaba lounge during a peak time, and was surprised that our expectations were exceeded, following the numerous negative reviews posted on this site. Staff were friendly, a great selection of drinks at the bar, and bunch of sociable people placed at the bar also. Food wasn't great but was edible, and the varieties changed quite frequently. For the others who weren't interested in eating and drinking, and want to relax. At the opposite side there is a separate room (literally empty) with a few sleepy lazy chairs, and numerous chairs for a quiet chat or nap with internet access conveniently placed. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised. Our stopover was for 7 hours.

The entry was easy. But I really expected more. It was to open in my sense and not that comfortable. I didnt have the mentioned space problem, but I still expected more comfortable seats. Overall it was okay for a 7 hours stop over..but probably I wouldn't do it again, I saw a lot of free and comfy seats at the airport and drinks and food I got enough in my flights.

If you don't want to take any risks and if you want to enjoy a little rest and some comfort go to Marhaba Lounge! It's the right place for everyone. I'm a girl and I felt very secure there, with a lot of kind people around me.

This was the worst airport lounge we have used . there were not enough seat sfor all those who were booked in.this was at 10am going out and 8am returning.There were no bowls for the cereal no milk and no spoons to eat it with all of which i had to request.I would not use this lounge again

It is a nice facility with food, drink and internet. Nice place to relax for a few hours. I recommend those needing a place to relax for a few hours.

The marhaba lounge is a very friendly place and caters for nearly every need while you wait for your flight, in my case it was perfect as I had nearly 7 hours to kill before my flight. The food is good and the service is excellent,the personnel are very friendly and as value for money goes it would struggle to be beaten, I highly recommend a try. Mike Thompson

no seats available, everyone sleeping on them even though there were clear signs telling them not to. Staff did not do anything about this. We had to sit on the computer desk seats as there were no others free! When we tried to use the internet and it did not work! We brought this up with reception and I was told to turn it on and off! Surprisingly it didnt work. The food range was dissapointing and was not very nice at all. Drinks range also poor!! Not a happy customer at all

An excellent lounge. Spacious with a good selection of food and drink available. The staff are efficient (but could be a bit more friendly). Very clean and comfortable.

It was difficult to find a cold beer and no regular coffee. Food selection was poor.

when we arrived all seats were taken, then when we did get a seat it was not the best, my mother is disabled which made me feel let down

I don't think it was value for money, I experienced more comfortable Lounge rooms with different Airlines.

Overall it was a good choice to stay their from some hours. I was just missing the option to have a shower and an area for sleeping/ relaxing.

As we had a few hours between flights in Dubai the Marhaba Lounge was an oasis in the chaos of the terminal in Dubai. We will certainly use the facility in the future.
