I had to wait in line at reception and at the (impossible to get a coffe out of them) coffee machines. Food and drink was virtually non-existent. A complete dead loss apart from the tennis.

i bought a day pass as I had three hours extra to wait. Spending this time in the lounge was the best thing to do. The food and drinks were very good - a wide choice. The atmosphere was very relaxing and people were well-informed about their flight times.
An enjoyable afternoon. I would certainly do this again.

It is quiet and peaceful. The food counter is topped up regularly and the drinks selection is good. There is plenty of space and the information boards are easy to read. The only downside is having to leave the lounge to find the loos. Luckily, they are tucked away near the lounge itself and are usually in a good state of cleanliness. The staff were very pleasant both to me and to my children. They were very good about clearing up used crockery and cutlery. As it was half term week, the airport was very busy so it was great to be able to wait in comfort.
