Only problem was that the confirming email for the booking did not not specify numbers of persons booked, nor a bar coded page for scanning. Had to use oddles of charm to get acceptance of booking. Haven't experienced this problem in earlier years using alternative booking agents. Apart from that EXCELLENT!

The lounge itself is very spacious, and the furniture is not too bad. However, the variety of snacks available can be improved on, and perhaps additional provided. There were no bowls available for peanuts or olives and I had t wait 10 minutes for cups / mugs for a hot drink. The variety of drinks was fantastic, however, the fridge was not very cold, hence not a pleasure taking a cold drink. I do not feel I got very good value for my money, however, I will use the lounge again and hope there has been an improvement.

The lounge was quiet and comfortable, and every drinks / snacks we required were available. We would use the lounge again if we return to Tenerife.

I was expecting snacks as you have in a british lounge. The only such snacks were peanuts. There were no sugar free drnks. I usually drink diet coke as I am diabetic but there were NO diet drinks at all, when I asked they said they kept going out of date because no-one wanted them, I find that very hard to believe. She then admitted they had sugar free biscuits, I said where are they to which she replied they are locked up in the store room, why I asked, to which she replied because people eat them!!!! I was flabergasted. She got me a packet. There were no other snacks, when she opened the door to the store room I saw shelves of different biscuits and crisps and I asked her why they were all locked away, same answer, she then got a few out and put them on display. Oh and there were some miniature tins of olives which were horrible. There were no English papers. one tv only at the entrance. The staff were not helpful at all. Our flight was not on the indicator board as boarding even when the time was getting dangerously close and I could get no help from the staff, in the end we made our way to the gate just in case only to find our plane boarding. All in all a total waste of money apart from a comfortable armchair and fairly peaceful suroundings. I am glad you e-mailed me for a review, I wanted to make a complaint but didnt know who to complain to. What a waste of money!
