Basic doctors waiting room chairs, dirty facilities and vending machine style packaged food. Just dry salty biscuits and individually wrapped break sticks. The only fresh items available were yogurts and even they were out of date. Shockingly bad food and drink selection. Definitely the worst Lounge I've ever booked in to.

the selection of food was not good only nuts and crips. Customer service was poor, but the worst was the male toilets which were dirty. Towels on the floor which was also sticky underfoot and it smelled.

When I walked into the area I found it to be verey welcoming, it was cool and a very relaxed atmosphere. Drinks were free, nibbles were free. Chairs and settees were very comfortable and it was so easy to relax and wait for your flight, I would most definately book again for this year and would also recommend friends to book also.

There need to be better refreshments, cakes, buns, sandwiches etc. crisps and chocolate bars are not sufficient and are available at other executive lounges. We would use it again and recommend it to others

We arrived app 13:00. As a person of limited mobility (I was taken to the lounge in a wheelchair by Airport staff) we pre book and pay for the lounge to ensure comfortable, easy to find seats and to enjoy refresments without having to queue. This was not the case, on our arrival there was a notice by the door advising, full up, yet they were allowing access to people who who had not pre booked booked and who were paying for this on arrival, on the day. Seats were difficult to find and when one did become available you had to be quick to get it before someone else, which in my case was not easy, the food / snacks were virtually non existant, there were some jars of nuts. When I asked a member of staff for something to put a few nuts in, she grunted "Finished" and walked away! so I wrapped some nuts in a servitte. There were some empty plates which I assume at sometime contained other snacks, however these were not replenished during our stay, neither were the tables cleared during our stay, ours remained covered in empty / dirty glasses. Surely if the facility is full up, as the notice by the door stated, then why continue taking payment from people who had not booked, this I believe was the reason for the overcrowded conditions and the total lack of refreshments. This was not a pleasurable experience at the end of an excellent holiday.

Very nice way to finish your holiday off. Lovely relaxing lounge. The only thing is the food needs to be improved, not much choice.

We use the lounge every time we travel as I have mobility issues and use the airport assistance service. It is perfectly adequate for what we require, apart from the lack of sandwiches or more substantial snacks, my travelling companion had to go out and buy them.

Lounge facilities are poor with only snacks and no sandwiches. Receptionist wsas not particularly pleasant and toilet was not very clean. The lounge closes at 9.00 p.m. which is not helpful for night flights. Airport is, in my opinion, grim so would use lounge again.

Disappointed with the very limited selection of food/snacks. We regularly use airport lounges and the majority of these supply a selection of bread rolls/preserves & cheeses/sandwiches/cakes and biscuits. This lounge only had 1 flavour of crisps, one type of biscuit and peanuts/nibbles. It does not match the lounges at Manchester and particulary Paphos, Cyprus and was slightly more expensive. However the lounge was very comfortable, clean and the departure anouncements very clear.

it was nice to get away from the bustle of the airport the lounge was located in a good spot not too far from any of the gates and considering how busy the food hall was it was money well spent if only for the peace and quiet

Lounge (seating etc) OK but not much in the way of food/refreshments available (had to buy something and bring it back to the lounge). Staff were too slow to clear up after departing passengers. Was nice to sit down out of the departure lounge (manic with passengers) but the expected VIP luxury factor sadly lacking. Would expect more for the price.

The tables had not been cleaned and were full of empty bottles. The chairs were too soft. The snack trays were all empty. I did have a packet of crisps that had been left on the table. There did not appear to be anybody going round cleaning the tables. A total waste of £17. Shame as I'm going back there on 14th April for a week. The only good thing was the splendid view of the runway and the planes from the big window.
