Will not do this again. We used the lounge for 20 mins then left as there was no baby change facilities and no seats for the family of 5.

Had a 6 hour slot between flights so decided to book into lounge. Had opportunity to take shower and refreshments. Plenty to drink (no alcohol unless paid for separately) and crockery and cutlery were in short supply. Selection of two hot dishes for evening meal.

Travelling can be tiresome and by having a lounge to shower and to relax refreshes you for the next part of your trip

Overcrowded, poor food,messy,stressed staff, no alcohol, no outside view. In fact the terminal general facilities were better. They seem to be missing the point as to why people chose a Lounge. They also had no single sex toilet facilities and gave more space to showers than to sitting in the lounge. Not relaxing at all. We left after 5 minutes. Other customers felt the same as us. Wish I had looked at trip advisor beforehand, all it's reviews are very negative.

Turned up after traveling for 20 hours to find no hot water available due to maintenance issues. Staff very matter of fact and unhelpful. Took a cold shower anyhow but very disappointed. A hot shower was the main thing I was paying for as far as I was concerned and It didn't deliver. No excuse is acceptable!

This was our second time to the lounge. This is great for a shower between long haul flights and a beverage. Food is very basic & not much on a westernized menu. Plenty of dumplings & spring rolls if you like that. Cold beverages are good though. I would recommend having your travel wash & shampoos with you as only one soap available in shower for everything. This is very basic & seating is a comfortable as some of the seats in free lounges around bars. Free wifi is a good bonus though. No monitors so ensure you check your flights.

Everything was excellent. However, when we used the shower we would have appreciated either 2 towels or one larger towel than the one with which we were provided.

The lounges and staff and general cleanliness are top notch! However there are no footrests for the chairs and this means that it is not really possible to have a "catnap", which after a 10-12 hour flight (coming from Auckland one way and Frankfurt the other)was something we looked for but could not have.

I was very impressed with the lounge. The staff were constantly cleaning,tidying and replenishing supplies.The showers were clean and the facility was comfortable and met all my needs.
