Really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. Food was nice. Would definitely use this again.

We have nothing to complain about plenty snacks and drinks. Lounge clean and comfortable. Did not use the shower (would have liked to) did not feel we should have paid extra for that facility. (Johannesburg - South Africa)

Had three hours there just after it opened, was good value for money as would have spent more eating & drinking in the airport. Was quiet when we arrived but busy by the time we left. Showers at 17 euros is too much but other than that waas well worth it.

The lounge was nice, very busy so there weren't many seat spare. The selection of food wasn't great but there were plenty of drinks to choose from.

I had a 4 hour stop over, and it was worth every penny! Plentiful bar, lots of snacks and reasonably comfy seating. The staff are also very friendly. I was slightly annoyed by the fact that the showers were about 17euros. Thought it would be cheaper. All in all very good though!

small lounge but adequate for our stay, people came and went quickly leaving enough room to move seats should you need to. plenty of drinks available but food sparce and slow to replenish. seemed only pastries and a cheese board available when eventually stocked up as quickly went as people were waiting for it to be put out.

I arrived at the lounge and was made to feel very welcome,bbc world news on the television,a great selection of snacks and drinks and no problem with the wi-fi.I will definately use this service again

My wife and I had 4 hours transfer time in Schipol waiting for our flight back to Newcastle. We decided to use the Servisair Menzies Lounge to spend most of this time. The time passed very quickly - the lounge was comfortable and there was plenty of food and drink available. My only negative comment was that the internet (you got 2 x 30 minutes free wifi) was not available initially and I had to wait a couple of hours before I could connect - otherwise everything was excellent.

The five of us had just come off a week of intense preaching, teaching and helping out at an orphanage and pastors' conference in Kenya. We had not slept or eaten well for the last 24 hours. So this was a breath of fresh air, and it energized us for the last leg of our trip home. Thanks!

On arrival at airport, lounge was well sigposted and we had no difficulty locating. The only disappointment was that we were there around 6pm and no "warm" food was on offer as it was the previous time we had used the lounge. However, an enjoyable experience and we will definitely be back.
