Staff so friendly and always available to help, great service.
Showers and Toilet facilities very clean and first class condition. The food and non alcholic drink available again to a very high standard. Will have no hesitation to book again when going via KL.

Important to be able to relax between two long flights and the lounge was a perfect place to do this. The shower was the best thing!

Very good overall, nice atmosphere and ambiance, reasonable refreshments and nice clean shower and toilet facilities.
Only downsides were no Wi Fi, although there were 4 free computers giving Internet access and of course a few loudmouths on their mobile phones but what can be done about them?

This lounge cost us £44. We used it in Jan 11. It was dirty, lethal lukewarm food, dirty showers, grey shabby towels, unfriemdly malaysian staff (only ones we ever encountered). Uncomfortable chairs. Three lots of competing noise so no relaxation. We left.
Better facilities in public sports bar area outside of this lounge, dead cheap and good food available. Do not bother.

Stayed here while on transit from Brisbane to Heathrow, and it wasn't up to standard. There was only one shower which could be accessed through the one toilet the lounge had. Therefore someone had used the shower as a toilet as demand for the other was huge.
The airside hotel's facilities were much better and cleaner. Friendlier staff there too (and cheaper).
The beer tap was broken and not fixed, there were no fruit juices available and the only decent thing served was lukewarm noodles.
The only redeeming factors were the hispeed wifi, computer access and Mr Bean on the tv. Apart from that it definitely was NOT worth waiting in.

Tha plaza lounge was a very pleasant and comfortable lounge with very good food and drinks, it made a long 4 hour stay pass quite quickly.
Would highly reccommend.
