We used the lounge on a stop over between London and Brisbane. The lounge is dark and the seating worn out. The music is enough to drive a person insane - unless you are an ardent Kenny G fan where Kenny G has only 3 songs played over and over again! For some reason the two televisions are permanantly on a news station but there is no sound so pretty pointless really. Seating wise i would recommend sofas rather than badly worn out padded armchairs. Really very dissapointed. We took a massage but had to pay extra for that!

Arrived at 4.30 in morning where outside temp was 10 and they had the air con on!! Asked three times for it to be turned done as we were freezing. Other guests in there were all under they're coats as so cold. Then asked for blankets and told they did not have any and then 20 mins later a Chinese lady asked for one and they had some?? Asked if we could have a room to sleep and they said none auvailable. Then promptly gave it to the man next in the queue after me??? Horrid experience and would never use again. Staff were a nightmare and so unhelpful.

I had a long stop over and thought the lounge will give me some comfort and rest. However I was told only arm chairs are available for resting and if I want a bed I can't upgrade with my current lounge pass. The place is too cold and the food is lousy with lack of variety as well. For that kind of food standard, it doesn't even deserve to be in the lounge! At peak hours after 8am, there are too many travellers in the lounge and I can't get any rest at all after my midnight flight! The shower rooms and toilets are pathetic. Only 3 cubicles shared by many and you have to reserve your shower time at counter. The next time I'd be smarter and sleep on the recline seats outside the gates and spend my money on nicer food at the restaurants.

it is very easy to find and their facilities are good. the famous fish ball noodle soup.lives up its reputation. they have a 20 min schedule for each use of shower. it would be better to be 30 mins. but i love the shower is nice abd dry in each use.

Using the Traveler's Lounge was the best thing we did on our journey back home. The service was second to none and the staff were all very pleasant & helpful, well worth the money.

This lounge was excellent value for money and a lifesaver when travelling (hotel to home) for 40 hours. Staff were very friendly and efficient and the lounge itself was a calm and peaceful haveb in a busy airport. Showers were immaculate and, to my surpise, came complete with towels, toiletries, toothbrushers etc. I am very impressed and will use this lounge whenever I have a lengthy wait between planes.

Okay, it isn't The Ritz but it is a welcome stop if you have hours between planes. Wi-fi works. Showers need to be booked - the male was cramped but okay but the female was apparently very luxurious. Food isn't bad. Beers only alcohol that's free. I'd go there again definitely.

I'm not up on the Asian food at this lounge but the Western food is rubbish. The "sandwiches" comprise two slices of crustless white bread with a single 1mm strip of meat between them; utterly tasteless and disgusting. For the price of entry to this lounge, the poor food coupled with no alcoholic drinks (except cans of beer) provided in the cost of entry, it's actually quite pitiful. Moreover, the male toilet facilities were not very clean at all. Two stalls are clearly woefully inadequate, even with the lounge about half full and causing lineups. When I asked a staff member if these were the only toilets available in the lounge, they directed me to the toilets OUTSIDE of the lounge in the general public area which, by the way, were spotlessly clean. Unless you have a fairly long transit time, I'd recommend you give this lounge a miss. I've experienced much much better than this. It's a real shame since the lounge is fairly new and looks nice.
