The receptionist was very helpful, reminding me well in advance of my flight time. The food was plentiful and varied, constantly replenished so always fresh. The whole experience was very pleasant and a welcome break in a long journey.

We arrived weary and tired at 4.30AM in the morning and found the lounge very easily. We were welcomed by efficient staff even though it was early in the morning. The facilities were good and food and drinks offered very comprehensive. Anybody having a lay-over of 3 or more hours will get good value from this package.

We arrived at 4.30 am after a 4 hour flight from London and had another 4hours before our onward flight. Although it was still dark outside, the lights were full on and the acoustics of the room (large windows and tiled floors) meant that every footstep, every clink of a cup and saucer echoed round the room. We'd hoped to have a quiet rest, maybe a snooze. That was impossible. The snacks and drinks were fine, but, frankly, we would have got as much peace in the public area of the terminal and equivalent refreshments for a fraction of the cost.

Very good option if you have an overnight flight from London with early connecting flight to one of the islands - Peaceful and comfortable lounge - Only negative was the washroom facilities which although very clean were mixed sex so privacy an issue.

The lounge was very comfortable and the refreshments fresh. As I was waiting a connecting flight between 4.30 and 7.30 it would have been more comfortable if the chair reclined. But a good overall experience

When I arrived at the lounge at 4.30am the receptionist told me that there were no tannoy messages broadcast in the lounge, which I quite understood. However, it would have been so nice if she had said she would come and wake me at 7.30am - if I was sleeping - to ensure I caught my onward flight to Paros. By the time I reached Paros I had not slept for 24 hours but had not dared to close my eyes in the lounge, which was almost empty throughout my time there and very peaceful.
