Plaza Premium Lounge

we sat outside on really comfortable seats and just did people watching as you do at the airport. thank you

Was ok even though one of the staff spilt food over me and my hand luggage ( accidents do happen )

We travelled from Vancouver island with central mountain air to Vancouver International unfortunately we could only get on the 08.25 from the island and our flight back to England wasn't till 17.20 so we had a lot of time to kill we had been in this lounge before in 2011 and found it very comfortable. The drinks were excellent although we only had a G&T each but the lounge was well stocked with alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks The food was extremely good we had chicken and bacon Palin's which were delicious we found the comfort of the lounge relaxing as we had a 9 hr journey back to the uk.

We were travelling back to the UK so the peace and quiet was lovely..Hot food was good meatballs and noodle...a good selection of drinks too .

Virtually non-existant airconditioning in 2 of the 3 sections of the lounge. One lounge (the coolest) closed off due to "works" that were very obviously NOT happening. The staff were pretty much indifferent to the situation and certainly not helpful. Food and drinks (self service) were fine. Since Vancouver has delightful air-side shops and plenty of open plan seating I would not pay for the Plaza Premium Lounge again. I wish I had known this before I booked.....

The lounge at Vancouver Airport was clean and comfortable. The food selection was quite good for this type of facility. The thing which made it better than most was the opportunity to have a shower. The only improvement I can think of was that, for someone who doesn't drink alcohol or fizzy drinks, the selection was not very good - only orange juice or water. However, it was still more relaxing than the alternative, and from other experiences of 'pay to use' lounges, it was one of the better ones.

Conveniently situated in International Departures. Very pleasant. Good snacks and drinks (although being hyper-critical they were a bit slow replacing the empty red wine bottle - only one type of red and white available). However, Vancouver Airport is very pleasant and quiet so lessening the advantages of paying for a lounge.

I enjoyed going into the lounge but more staff could have been on. The young lady was lovely but she was the only one on duty.

Great laid back lounge. It was very quiet when we were there, only two other couples, the young girl on the desk was friendly and welcoming. There was a great range of drinks and snacks including rice and beef stir-fry which was lovely. Would definitely recommend.

A quiet place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of a busy airport.Agood range of food and snacks, also drinks.Plenty of papers and magazines to read.We enjoyed a good experience in your lounge in Vancouver and would be more than happy to use this facility again.certainly value for money.
