A nice lounge, which I would use again. Snacks and drinks were good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wi-fi and power supply for laptop were both available. Furniture is a little 'tired'.

We had a late flight and decided to book into the lounge. It was very relaxing, clean and comfortable. An excellent end to our Canadian adventure

The first time I had booked this lounge so didn't know what to expect. The selection of drinks was excellent and the soup provided was a really good idea. My only negative comment is that there is no screen displaying flights (as provided in other lounges I have used). I was travelling alone so had to pack up my belongings and take them with me whenever I needed to check my (delayed) flight times. The person on reception told me she is not notified of all flights and had no information on mine.

A thoroughly enjoyable experience, and would do it again in a heartbeat! Not bad value for money...although we'd made the mistake of booking through a UK online agency, and it cost a lot more. We found out later that it was cheaper to just pay upon arrival!
The selction of snacks could have been better, but it was enough to tide us over before our flight.
The seating could have been arranged a little better, to provide more window views, but the chairs were fairly comfortable.
All in all, a very pleasant, relaxing experience -- it was a great start to our vacation!

The staff weren't very friendly, the food was horrible and not much to choose from,the toilet in the mens had no paper in them and weren't very clean so we wont be using KLM lounges again.
