Diamond Lounge reviews

There was very little food choice, just a bit of fruit, and then later some dry cake. There was no free wireless, to use the internet you had to go to the desks with network cables. The desks had big screens infront of them blocking the natural light and view. I guess they were functional but that was it.

Staff has improved since my last trip trough Brussels. Still fairly clean and set up for ease. Nice to be treated well this time. No more snotty why are you bothering us attitude. I really appeciate that.

I could not use the service at the Brussels airport. The lounge was located in the "gate" area of the terminal, which I could not access since my final destination was Brussels. have I know that I would not have booked this lounge. I tried to get a refund for my reservation, but it was company policy to not refund the money, reason why I'll never book with this company again. Great concept, but poor execution and customer care. hope this helps. Ricardo.

I always use the Diamond Lounge for a shower and shave when traveling through Brussels. Tha facilities are clean and there is a light breakfast and a nice drink suppy(I like the Leffe). Staff can be a little rude when coming in and tend to argue with your credentials, but a quick explanation of the paperwork usually settles it.
