Was easy to get seats and the tables were constantly being cleaned. All drinks hot and cold were very good but it would have been nice to have a selection of sandwiches and not just cheese and crackers with nibbles.

A brilliant VIP hall, but it could use with more plugs, specially around the middle seats, you had to wait to get the seats on the side for a plug, those in the middle seemed not to have them. Still, the best wait to transit through an airport

Disappointed by the very poor range of snacks. Coffee and drinks selection was very good but a lack of choice for snacks let the whole experience down. I would however use the lounge again even for only the comfort!! Excellent seating and rest rooms.

A relaxing area prior to taking a flight allows you to chill and rest if your journey is to be a long one.
For a few extra pounds/dollars it would have been refreshing to provide some small sandwiches as well as the nibbles and cheese & crackers.
We had a problem on arrival at Newark as our booking reference had someone else's name against it, but this was resolved in a few minutes.There were no newspapers to read which would have been nice. I would definitely book the lounge again on future flights.

The lounge and wash rooms were extremely good and I would encourage other travellers who had a stay-over in Newark, between flights,to seriously consider using these fascilities.
