I used the Skyview Lounge on both an outward and return journey to and from Auckland, so it was invaluable to be able to rest in comfortable surroundings, have a meal and drink, Skype my husband, and have a wonderful hot shower. The lounge on the outward journey was a little shabby and tired, but by the time I returned a fortnight later, it had been moved to new plush premises, although no-one in Changi Airport seemed to know where it had been moved to !!My only criticism is that the staff were not quite as helpful and informative as they might have been.

I was most impressed with the number of relaxing spaces in the lounge.drink was plentiful and varied food was fine.shower facilities could be improved.Only two and had to ask for fresh towels.

We booked to stay at this lounge so we could just access the showers as we had a quick stopover in Singapore while our flight was refuling, the lounge was a bit of a walk from the gate we arrived at so we lost a bit of time there but overall the stay was fine, the staff where ok, they asked to see our boarding card and as our flight was at 16:25 Sydney time and we arrived at the lounge for 21:00 Singapore time and as it was the same flight from Sydney to Singapore and then Singapore to London Heathrow they thought we had missed our fligh and at 21:00 after a 7 hour flight trying to explain that we where just in transit was a real challenge. Other than that they need more showers as I think they had about five and all where in use when we arrived but lucky enough someone had just finished when we arrived. Had a quick shower grabbed a drink and then rebosrded the plane the price was a bit much for the 30 mins we where there and I think the lounge should offer just a shower package.

Spanish inquisition on arrival at lounge when tired after long flight. One wet towel in showers- food basic minimum - seating lacked comfort - beverages fine. Overall poor.

It was nice to sit somewhere comfortable whiles on a 3hr stop over. There should be more variety on western food and also the alcohol options.
All in all it was worth it and I would do it again if I get the opportunity

The Sky Vieww Lounge is a great place to relax between flights. The food and drinks are plentifull and fantastic shower facilities. I would recommend this lounge to eveyone.

Easy to find. Clean and tidy. Very good shower facilities.
We were able to relax and chill after a 13hr flight.
We spent 3 hours in the lounge. There was plenty of food choice, alcohol and softies.
A much better alternative to sitting in the main airport for 5 hrs awaiting another flight.

We had a 3 hour connection and a 5 hour connection over 8 days, so we got to know the Skyview lounge very well!
The lounge is clean and kept tidy by a team of efficient staff. Their are only 3 toilets - male , female and disabled, which is problematic in such a large lounge, but they are kept clean at busy times (this wasn't necessarily the case at 11.30pm).
The showers were clean and tidy.
In my opinion, the chairs are a little too upright and uncomfortable to rest properly in, and the ceiling lights a little too bright.
Their was a good selection of drinks, alcoholic and other, and good coffee and tea selections.
The food was just OK. There was a hot selection, including rice, vegetables and a couple of meat dishes - curry and a chicken satay, and for a lounge it was OK - better than packet processed cheese and crisps in your average UK lounge! I must add though, that it did stay out for about 4 hours without being changed.
All in all - a good place to spend a couple of hours - if you have a longer transfer, maybe not so good.
