I found the parking facilitys safe and secure no hassle getting in and out at the barriers useing my credit card, very well lit up at night , good value for money directions for travel to the air port was spot on will definitly use the parking facilitys again date travelled 11-10-09

Great website - was a little unsure to begin with, as unlike the only other discount parking scheme I used I was prompted to insert my debit card at the actual ticket machine at the airport. I needn't have worried - as the system worked seamlessly. I'll be using gosimply.com again soon!! Great service at a great price.

Humberside airport is nearer for me but car parking there is more than double the price I paid at Doncaster. Its only another 20 minutes from my home to the airport.Always try for Doncaster for our holidays if possible.

Getting into the car park and parking up was easy. When I arrived back there was no parking staff around (23.30hrs) so I read the instructions at the pay machine and as I had pre-paid I made my way out to the exit. I put in my ticket, which was not accepted so i put in my credit card, which was not accepted and the display showedI should return to the pay machine inside the airport. I put in my ticket, which was not accepted,so again put in my credit card, which showed the amount I should pay. having already paid i decided not to and drove again to the exit, where I once again put in my ticket, which was rejected. I then pressed the button for help and after explaining my problem and quoting my reference number, the barrier was lifted. had these instructions being printed on my my confirmation, which was sent by e-mail, getting out of the airport would have been much easier.

easy to follow instructions in and out no problems would recomend the service

very good location right outside terminal building and flat transfer to departure area.

No hassle waiting for taxis. leave home at your leasure return at your leasure. Your life on the road is your own hands and not that of a tired taxi driver.

The directions to find the airport and the car park were spot on. We experienced no problems and the price we thought was very reasonable. We felt confident that our car was protected on the site during our time away. We would certainly use this facility again.

I use Doncaster airport whenever I can. I find your services to be very good and the price excellent.

We booked by credit card & received directions to the airport & simple instructions to access the car park in the confirmation of the booking. All we had to do then was to remember to bring the card we'd booked with. We had no problem and even got a little welcome message from the readout on the barrier. It couldn't have been easier.

you have got the air port parking correct. it was so easy once we had parked up. the only think we were not sure if we had to put the code in the machine in the terminal or as we drove out. but it was easy resloved.

The only problem we have had the last twice, in recent months, we have been to Doncaster, both times different people picked us up but neither could not get back to M180 the way we came. We came out of the car park and followed the new road layout. There are no signs to the M180 at all and both times we have gone miles out of our way to get to M180.I assume that we need to look for a different exit from the car park. Last year we visited twice also, and had no problems either time.

Could not comment on staff as there were none there at the airport car park - it was 4 in the morning and in my opinion no staff were needed. No transfers were needed as the parking is on site at the airport. This was the bonus to our journey - no transfers and only an hour or so from home. Still had to comment on these points as otherwise it would not accept my review. Will be booking same later on in the year for another stress-free parking experience!

The barrier entry / exit was easy to use. No messy tranfers waiting for buses as the car park is on the door step. Get to keep your own keys rather than leave them with someone else. Great car park, would highly recommend.

Car park next to airport. Card system worked well once i got it in the machine the correct way round.

as we paid by credit card and followed the simple guidelines provided we found it extremely easy to enter and leave the car park, especially as we arrived back after midnight. we shall certainly do this again.

The Robin Hood Airport car park is extremely convenient as it is right outside the airport so there is no hanging around for mini buses or coaches to off site parking adding to journey time. The payment system is straightforward - just insert credit card on entry and exit and the jobs done. It is a positive reason for our family using this airport in the future.
