If you or a member of your party have limited mobility, most car parks at Luton Airport offer extra assistance for disabled customers on request. Please ensure you clearly display your Blue Badge. Here's a look at the help that's offered at each location:-.
Connected to the terminal building by a covered walkway, there are dedicated Blue Badge parking bays at the front of the car park and a Special Assistance Help Point is available. Blue Badge holders can also have their first 60 minutes of parking for free. Customers who wish to claim the free 60 minutes are required to leave their parking clock in the vehicle and take their badge to the Priority Parking Office for validation. Please be aware, though, that staying longer than 60 minutes will result in the full cost from first arrival being charged.
Disabled travellers are also welcome at the Long Term car park at Luton Airport. Although it's the furthest from the terminal, transfers still take only around 5-10 minutes and you'll save money over the other on-airport car parks at Luton. As with Mid Term Parking, this car park's shuttle drivers are happy to assist passengers in boarding and disembarking the bus on request. A Special Assistance Help Point is available to call for free assistance upon arrival at the terminal building.
Large groups of disabled passengers are advised to contact the airport in advance with any special requirements on 0845 303 7397, or via email at luton.customerservices@APCOA.com.
The following car parks are located outside the grounds of Luton Airport offering a value for money service.

Disabled facilities are available at the easy access reception suitable for wheelchairs and blue badge holders. Drivers can operate adapted cars. If you require any assistance please call the car park after making your booking.
If you're a holidaymaker or business traveller with mobility difficulties, Meet and greet parking for Luton Airport could be the best option for you. A licensed, insured chauffeur will meet you at the terminal upon arrival and departure, and provide assistance with your luggage, if needed. Then, your vehicle is taken to a secure compound near the airport until you return.
