London City Airport Long Stay Car Parking reviews page 2

I have always found City Airport to be not only the most convenient and well run airport in England, but the car parking is extremely convenient. In fact too many people now know one of Europe's best kept secrets for travelers and the only problem is that now free parking spaces, after midday are increasingly at the very far end of the "lot". But, this is a small price to pay for an airport that almost makes it relaxing to fly again.

A very convenient place to park. The car park staff are very helpful. When I needed a jump start they provided it free of charge within 5 minutes. Very expensive for longer stays. Also, police patrols are too infrequent. I have had a car vandalised here before!

It was great not to have to pick up coaches to the terminal and when arriving, late and tired, being out of the airport, into the car and on the way home within minutes. Great experience, definitely value for money and wish we could fly from London City Airport all the time.

Parking seemeed secure but there were no members of staff onsite to make sure that you were in the right place. This was a first experience at City Airport but would definitely use the facilities again. Did not see any transfer transport and it was quite a walk from where I was.

We arrived early to find the snow was blowing across the walkway to the terminal building. It was bitterly cold and the path was slippery with a very fine salt!

Car park very easy to find and plenty of spaces to choose from. Short walk to terminal mostly undercover. On return, ticket was validated promptly. All in all very efficient and stress free experience. Will definitely recommend and use again myself.

The drive into the car park was easy as we followed the directions given on the booking print-out. Our return could not have been any easier . . . a short walk, under cover, to the zone where we left the car. On our way less than 10 minutes after walking through 'arrivals' gate. Will definately use your service again when flying from City Airport. Many thanks.

Parking was easy to find and very close to the terminal. On arrival from my trip the attendants were very helpful in terms of providing me with the exit ticket and directions to get my car park... good service!!

Did not see car park staff on arrival, but could easily follow directions from information received. On return very good service at the Information Desk, in validating ticket fast.

The instructions of what to do upon arrival and on return were first class. All in all it was the best value and easiest airport parking I have ever had the pleasure of using in the UK!

London City is an extremely convenient and user-friendly airport. To be able to park and be in the terminal within five minutes is excellent and saves a great deal of time and uncertainty.

It was a pleasure to use. I liked the quick in and out with e-mailed directions and ease of access to M11 for speedy return. Luckily the airport is not over-developed yet so this servuce is still possible. An enlarged departure lounge would help, but that's not your problem!

The car park is close to the airport but customer service could be better. I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come out to Customer Services when I came back!

A great little airport with good facilities including easy parking without a transit problem.

It is a fantastic airport and parking area. I will use it always in the future. It has now been my second time and I have no regrets.

Great to be able to park so close to the airport check in. Quick and easy to exit car park on the return.

Suggestion: even though the lighting is very good, as a young woman, I did find it a little intimidating to walk from the Terminal to the long term car park via this glass tunnel late at night. Maybe a little music might - such as in Brent Cross car park- might be a good idea.
