We found the parking really easily as the instructions were very clear. The checkin and transfer to the airport and the return pickup were very smoothly handled. No waiting or hangign about. Staff were very courteous.

This was my third time using APL at Liverpool. The place is easy to find, being on the main road leading to the Airport. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful. The transfers were prompt and it only takes 2 to 3 minutes between Airport and Car Park. You only have to walk about 150 yards from the Airport doors to the pick-up point. Unlike the walking required for most other car parks at Liverpool; handy if it's raining or cold. With APL, you do not have to search for a space, just leave it with them and it is there waiting for when you get back to their office - nice and clean too if you use their valeting service, which is not the cheapest, but very convenient.

If there was any fault it was only that the end of road had no name on it but that is down to the council I gather.We won't have any bother finding APL in the future which we will certainly use over the years!

Took a few minutes to locate but once found staff were helpful. On return when telephoned they arrived within 3 minutes. Would use them agai n if at Liverpool Airport.

good spot to park your car, friendly staff and quick pick up after landing back in liverpool.We lost our card with details of who to phone but no problem we managed to get the number easy enough. Value for money and trouble free parking.

The booking process was simple and I was impressed with how easily it was amended when our flight details changed. It was easy to find following the directions given and the transfer to the terminal was completed within 5 to 10 minutes by minibus with friendly drivers. The return pick up was also quick and our vehicle was ready for us once we had signed back in.

Would probably use APL again as it was value for money. However, kept waiting longer than expected on both transfers and the location wasn't well signposted until the very last minute, causing me to backtrack.

the only difficulty we had was finding the place !, a printable map with the ticket would have been very useful. See you again sometime
