Staff pleasant and helpful. Convenient distance from Airport, and coach was very prompt in picking-up and returning to SwiftPark.

Staff were freindly and helpful, transfers were extremely fast and we had only a few minutes to wait on our return at the airport. Our car was ready and waiting at the park to be loaded. Will be usuing again and would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Everything went very smoothly. The car was waiting opposite the office when I returned. My only minor criticism was the standard of the transfer coaches. I'd recommend Swiftpark to anyone looking for off-airport parking at Glasgow and will use it again.

Have used a few other parking facilities in the past and Swiftpark was an excellent choice and value for money. Fast and friendly service, would definately recommend to anyone and will certainly use again.

We had to wait for around 10 minutes after we returned home, but overall the service was friendly and reliable and we would use Swiftpark again.

Access from motorway to car park is excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend Swiftpark.

The service received was good value for money. Only draw back was the obvious lack of buses to transfer travellers back to the car park on our return as we waited around 35-40 minutes for a vehicle to take our party back to pick up the car.

Firstly, if approaching from Glasgow, watch out for the correct exit from the M8!, once i had Found the correct exit it was fairly simple to find. Instructions for this should be more specific, (the junction is more complicated that first seems on the instructions, and junction number has a alphabetical suffix, a or b), this needs clarification. We called in to the office, dropped our luggage by the minibus, and then parked the car and handed the keys over, collecting instructions for our pick up when we got back to Glasgow, Then a very friendly driver took us in to Glasgow Airport, indicated the pick up point for our return, and dropped us off. on our return quite a few groups of people waiting to be picked up, all had called the pick up number, first minibus was full, by the time the second one arrived, more people had turned up, including family with small children, who were not dressed for the glasgow weather, (no-one was), we gave our seats up for the kids and waited for the next minibus, in total we didn't wait more than 20 minutes, got back to SwiftPark, collected our keys, and the car was just outside the office, waiting for us.Totally painless experience, thank you.

from looking for secure car parking facilities and feeling at ease at leaving my car while i went on holiday, i found the parking to be value for money. the staff were helpful and friendly punctual and i will be using them again and reccommending them to other people.

The guy in the office on our arrival was most helpful and on our return our vehicle was easily accessed.

I would reccomend Swiftpark to any travellers, good service, well situated car park, only downside is size of coaches, limited if a large party is travelling, having said that you don't have long to wait.

I know it's a busy time of the year but we had to wait on the third mini bus going and coming from the airport

Long delay in being collected from airport on our return was very disappointing - especially as the weather was cold and windy!

4 days parking for a lot less than a one way taxi journey. Staff were pleasant, transfers to and from terminal were prompt and car was fine on pick up. Met all our requirements.

was quite surprised i had to leave my keys as in other car parks i've never had to do that before. I took a not of my mialage and was please to discover the car had only done 0.2 miles form when i left it (i've seen programs where they use your car!) shuttle bus is quick however from the airport to the car park there were 10 of us waiting - the bus only took 8. we were last so we waited. keys were returned very quickly. overall good experience, would recommend and use again.

Directions were accurate and I found this car park was easy to locate. Transfer was quick and easy. Driver was very polite.

The experience was hassle free and much cheaper than the airport long stay car park - it cost us less than half the airport price. We were dropped off and picked up very quickly. The only small downside was we had to wait a little while to pick up our car keys as only one person was on duty, handling all customers - it was before 6am though!

When arriving back to Glasgow Airport we tried for 45 minutes to get through to Swiftpark without success. Finally when we got to the pick up stand there was at least 20 other people waiting for their transfer back to the car park. Nobody seemed able to contact the Swiftpark Office. Eventually myself and my partner were picked up by the 3rd minibus to arrive. I will certainly not be using Swiftpark again. It is worth the extra couple of pounds to get a better service.
