Easy to park, bus to and from airport frequent and speedy. Great option for parking.

There were a good number of buses, even early in the morning. We had a very grumpy driver on the way back from the airport but that's just the way some people are! We thought the cost was pretty expensive and slightly unjustified for what it is!

Really good service. Fast and easy. Number plate recognition is fab. Bus service fine.

I booked on line, 2 days before my trip, and as advertised I drove in & parked without fuss. Sign posted well. Only 3 mins wait for bus, & taken direct to my terminal. Upon return I waited no more than 10 mins at the stop outside Arrivals and within 10 mins was back at my car. An electronic board on the bus advises passengers of each stop. Most of all both drivers were happy and polite... how rare these days. Will use again.

Great car park which was easy to find and close to the terminal. Regular shuttle buses between the carpark and the terminal.

When travelling from Gatwick we always use Long Stay North as we feel that our vehicle is safe and secure, we will always use this service as we feel it is the best.

Not enough transfer buses available for early morning transfers (5.15am). Had to wait over 20mins before first bus came along.

Its the official Gatwick, Long Stay North Car Park. Its well signposted and easy to get to; car registration is identified on entry and exit, so you just drive in and park. Bus is only a few minutes from the terminal. Seems that the price is fixed, so the only saving is the credit card admin fee which can be reduced if you shop around.

We have used this car park before and will certainly do so again. The car park appears well maintained and is secure and well lit. The service is fast, efficient, clean and friendly - what more could you need? Transfer buses were prompt and the journey time to the North Terminal only takes a few minutes.

Efficient transfer service to and from airport, would not hesitate to recommend.

The service was efficient and The car park easy to find. When booking I thoughtbthe cost was a little excessive however it was in line with other airport parking services and, at less than £10 per 24 hrs with free transsfers is certainly less than most city car parks and actually quite cheap compared to parking in central London. I would definitely use this service again.

Arriving at 5 am the time taken to transfer was too long. It seems a very popular time to attend and the queues for the transfer bus were massive. Buses were full and driving past the stops without stopping. Extra buses at busy times would be an advantage.

Everything was fine except that the car park was very full and we were directed to park on the side of the access road rather than in a marked parking space.

Simple to book, easy and quick to enter the secure car park with the number plate recognition entry and exit system. You keep your keys giving you paece of mind, the regular shuttle bus service is only minutes from the terminal.

I found the car park easily thanks to on-line directions. I didn't have any hassles with my ticket getting in or out of the car park barriers and the bus transfers were very efficiant.
