In the past with other companies when I've come back off my holiday's, I've had to waited for half hour to 45 minutes to get my car back. This is the last thing you need as you want to get home quickly. I was already geared up for a delay. But I was so surprised that the car was brought back a minute after I arrived at the collection point. The collection and drop off to me is far more important than anything else. The drivers could do with looking a bit more cheerful and it would be 100% excellent. Thank you so much.

Our second experience of I Love Meet and Greet Parking in two weeks was equally as good as the first and I would recommend them to anyone. Efficient and prompt with cheerful drivers, even at 5am!

Such an easy process, book on-line, arrive at airport, fly off on holiday! Friendly staff and for us it worked out a cheaper option than train tickets or on-site airport parking costs. Will definitely use them again :)

I had booked via a third party site who had failed to send through the information to ILMAG but they resolved it quickly and had someone there when I arrived. Efficient and quick, polite and helpful. Will definitely book again next time. Thanks.

Very freindly helpful staff made it a worth every penny experience, with a disabled wife & 2 large suitcases I needed to drop off at the airport terminal this was made possible by meet & greet parking, I will definitely be using them on our next holiday

Friendly driver, punctual to arrival, slightly late to drop off but v good service

A very approachable and efficient service. A pilot and friendly voice picked up the phone at 4am to confirm the pickup. The driver was availableat the airport. Same service on return.

Very easy to do, they were there when they said they would be both at the start and finish of our trip, gave helpful directions, were very courteous and showed flexibility when Easyjet decided to land us at the North terminal rather than the South !

Slight delay on arrival at Gatwick due to a number od customers arriving at the same time. Couldn't have been more punctual on our return. Seemed efficient and good value.

I would highly recommend "I love meet and greet parking" If you are like me and you want some of the hassle removed from your holiday journey and you have kids this is the way to go. The service was friendly, efficient and stress free so will definitely use again.

have used this company twice, seem to be a step ahead of the others, the cars are kept 10 minutes away in a secure environment, the people are pleasant and they are no later than 5/10 minutes from when they say they will be arriving, have used others in past who are slightly cheaper but has been a disaster,(didn't turn up on time and phone left off hook when you try and ring them) don't get sucked into going to a lesser company for the sake of a tenner so recommended, and I'm quite picky.

Great service and makes getting to and from the airport almost hassle free (apart from the other traffic!)

This was the first time we had used this type of service and we were concerned that it may not be reliable especially as the flight times were unsociable. We were pleased with the prompt and polite collection and delivery of the car. It is a service we will certainly use again and recommend too !!

I had difficulty locating the actual pick up and drop off point, as the location directions weren't specific enough for me as a first-time user of the airport and its parking facilities. I waited in the wrong place when I arrived for the outward journey and I and several other travellers were waiting on the wrong level when we arrived back.(For various reasons, including a busy pick up and drop off parking bay)we thought we were on the lower level, when we weren't. I have to say that Meet and Greet staff were very courteous and tolerant of me having kept them waiting because of the confusion.(Could signage at the airport be more specific?)

This was excellent value for money and we received a prompt and courteous service. Will definitely use I Love Meet and Greet again.

Brilliant service. Handed over my car at the designated drop off point with no problems. When I returned from my holiday, a quick phone call was made to I Love Meet and Greet and my car was returned to me within 10 minutes. I would definitely use I Love Meet and Greet Parking again.

We only had to wait 10 minutes at both ends of the service. Highly recommend.
