was the first time we had done a meet & greet at the airport normally we go to the car park & get the courtesy bus, we decided to do this way as we had an early flight, turned out to be the best thing we could of done was brilliant, staff friendly & were there when we arrived & turned up at the same time as us on our return fantastic will recommend to everyone & will use again.

extremely efficient, amazing value and so much more convenient than getting a bus transfer. When we came out of the terminal the car was right outside waiting for us. The driver had even put the heated seats on to help warm it up as we'd left 25 degrees and landed in freezing conditions.

The driver was on time, both at drop-off & pick-up. Smart & friendly.No protracted business of inspecting the car for every last scratch, so no delays.

I found the whole experience from booking through to car collection very professional and hassle free. The directions for pick up and collect were clear and straightforward. When we returned, I made one quick phone call, spoke to a "real" person and my car was outside the terminal as we walked out. No waiting and no extra paperwork. I will definitely book again.

This was the best meet and greet xeperience we have had, having used a variety of different providers. We were si impressed I have made another booking with them.

First time used. Have used other companies at Heathrow before and occasionally had quite long waits at either end, but no issues on that front this time. Very friendly and professional staff. Would use again.

I only booked the parking 2 hours before turning up at gatwick. Everything went smoothly. The staff were excellent, polite and helpful. The car was returned punctually and it was by far the cheapest meet and greet parking available. Thoroughly recommend and will definitely be using again.

Always a bit daunting who to trust with your car, but no problems here. The driver arrived on time, The vehicle was retuned on time and in the same condition as it was left. All in all a value for money service with no complaints.

We had to wait 5 minutes for the car to arrive when we drop off which seemed ok. On return-We call the number when we had the first of our bags in the baggage collection and got rudely told to call back when we were through customs. we called again when through customs and had to wait 30 mins for the car to arrive in the rain and cold. would have been just as easy to get on the car park bus and go to a car park ourselves. The car had a mark on the back- which the nice guy who kept apologising for keeping us waiting- kept saying to email the company and they would sort it out, he could not comment. He seemed unable to deal with anything we asked. will use another company next time.

The service is great and takes the hassle out of parking, buses and dragging cases across car parks in the rain. The service works well, but collection was delayed. The pick-up point at Gatwick North is not big, it was being patrolled by an airport attendant so we had to two circuits before our collection rep arrived. Otherwise delivery was spot on. Would use the service again.

Would use again and recommednd to others. Booking process, drop off, and pick up all worked well. No annoying delays - better than hanging about for bus transfers.

Great service and staff. My plane arrived at adifferent terminal to the one I'd stated. Not a problem - I Love Meet and Greet were there in under 10 minutes. Excellent service that I will use again.

Polite staff and phone personel. Accurate and distinct instructions. Time waiting for car very minor. Reasonable cost. Definitely use the service again. This was a low holiday period and will be interested to see how service operates in high season.
