very good easy to find.transfers good bus was there waiting for us just where they said.will use them again.

Communication from booking was excellent, with very clear directions to carpark, limited amount of waiting around and helpful driver particularly on way to the airport. Coming back, arrived promptly at designated place, the driver's English was a little limited though and crashed his way through the gears (literally), not sure if a drivers or mechanical reason. However, well worth the money and would use again.

Arrived early in the morning, staff on check in were friendly and quick with the process only talking a few minutes. A coach was ready to leave as we got there so there was no waiting around and the journey to the airport was only around 10 mins. On return simply rang the office and a coach was sent straight out to collect us so again, there wasn't much waiting around.

I went on line to find the most competitive Parking site and found Cophall, a site I have used before was still excepionally priced. I had no reservation to use them again and were very professional, very prompt and I would thoroughly recommend them to everyone who asks.

On arrival we handed in our keys and were on our way within 5 minutes and the collection from the airport back was very propmt an alround pleasant experience.

Having got myself lost, my own fault for not having a map in the car, one phone call to the office and they soon got me sorted!. There was only a two minute wait for the transfer coach out and coming back, the coach was there by the time I got to the bus stop.

Yes, you do have to do a number of turns off the motorway, but it's not complicated. The bus was ready to go when we were and the transfer time was perfectly ok. The return service was similarly prompt. As long as the deals remain competitive, I would use again.

Very friendly & helpful staff; simple check-in and check-out procedures. Neat little touches, such as, on the day of our return from holiday, our car being parked outside the main office, facing in the direction of the exit (rather than us having to hunt for the car in a 'sea' of hundreds of cars). Outstanding value for money; we will use Cophall Farm Parking again in the future!

I found Cophall Farm Parking very conveneient and the customer service excellent. All round a very good experience!

The drivers where very chatty and informative even giving directions of how best to get home. No fuss or hassle on pick or drop off which is exactly what you want after a 9hr flight with children.

The drop off was quick and effortless and the transfer was very timely. The collection driver was there on time and the pick up of our car took seconds. Very impressive, especially as they were the cheapest.

The car park was very easy to find from directions given. When we arrived at 3.30am, the staff were very friendly, we gave them our keys and were on the minibus within 5 minutes to airport. When we returned we called Cophall Farm after clearing customs and collecting luggage and minibus was there to collect us within ten minutes. Very well organised, close to the airport and hassle free transfer.

Very friendly and efficient, we just left our car outside reception and dropped our keys off, then were taken straight away to the airport and arrived in 10-15 mins and were dropped right outside. On the way back, they arrived to pick us up just a few minutes after we called and straight back to the car park. No fuss, no looking for spaces, no problems. Would definitely use them again.

This is the first time we have used Cophall Farm and were very impressed. The transfers, both in and out, were about 10 minutes each with very little waiting at either end. The staff and drivers were very friendly. As the carpark itself says, you need to allow half an hour from arriving at Cophall Farm to airport check-in to be safe. But as long as time is not too critical, then with the cost about half that of on-airport parks, it's very good value. Our holiday was in June, so I can't comment on how the park would cope in the peak season.

The only downdside was I found the driver of our transfer van not very polite and rather unhelpfull. This has not been the case when we have used you before He may just have been having a bad day

Although not an on airport car park, the journey to and from the airport only takes about 15 mins. There was no waiting around for transport either at the car park or at the airport. Overall a very good service and the best value for money that I could find around Gatwick

I have nothing bad to say. Easy to drop the car off, bus ride 5 minutes later to the airport with a really friendly driver. On return, I called them and they were there within 10 minutes, another friendly driver and my car and keys were waiting for me so I was away within minutes of getting off the bus. Well done and thank you.
