We were told to call when we had collected our luggage and passed through customs. In our minds this was a bit late as we then had quite a wait on the street. We would however deffinitely use the service again.

Phoned to advise we would be at the airport 1 hour earlier, and driver was there to meet us. Delayed 48 hours on our return. Contacted Airparks from Florida who, again, were very efficient. Our return flight took us to Heathrow, but phoned 10 minutes before our arrival at Gatwick, and our car was there to meet us!What could be easier?!

I've never used meet and greet before, but after such a wonderful experience i am totally converted. If you have kids its even more worth while. We pulled up and were met by a nice man who took our car as we walked into the terminal. We had a 5hr delay on the way back and this was not a problem either. I called from baggage reclaim and we were met outside, tired and desperate for our beds. We jumped in our lovely warm car said goodbye to the nice man and away we went. I don't often use the words Excellent or good value for money but I do on this occassion!

First time we had used this service. It was the cheapest quote for ANY parking at Gatwick, so we thought why not go for this more executive service? We had some trouble identifying the exact drop-off point but a simple call to a very helpful staff sorted that problem in no time and the chauffeur was there to meet us although about 5 minutes early. The return was even more straightforward and we were away from the airport in record time.

A bit of a luxury due to the cost but worth it especially on returning to the country....just ring the number and within 10 minutes your car is at your side

Prompted by the free Indepenant left in the car, thank you, whi not have an options list of preferred paper, milk, bread butter ie basics for the returning traveller so they can just go home and have a cuppa and something eat rather than concern themselves with having to go shopping for groceries after a long break and tiring flight - just a thought

I booked this service on line, paid and printed off the instructions. Turned up at the airport (20 minutes late) and they were there waiting for me. Signed some paperwork, handed over my keys and that was it. No hassle whatsoever. When I got back I called when I had collected my cases and by the time I got outside they were there waiting for me. An excellent service - highly recommended. I will never be parking my car and getting on the horrible bus again!

The pickup driver was still in the cold rain though we were 30min after scheduled time. Very friendly and professional on both drop off and pick up. Watch out for parking inspectors on the pick up though, they are very keen to give ticket if you don't get in and head straight off.

Airparks managed to lose our car / car keys, and took us back to the depot at 3am in the freezing cold with two very tired pre-school children. When they did find the car, it was blocked in and frozen up. We were kept waiting for about an hour and a half. I was especially annoyed as I had rung them that afternoon to check everything was OK - they took my details but couldn't confirm anything as 'their computers were down'. Since then, they have refunded the collection fee and apologised, but we won't be using them again.

Unfortunately I tried booking on-line to start with and my card was rejected so I completed my booking by phone which was handled brilliantly. However I have been charged for the card that was rejected and the final booking - so two payments.

never again will I have to wait for a bus and trek through the car park and waste my precious getting home time!!! A brilliant service and worth every stress free penny.... Punctual at both points of meeting and friendly courteous staff. GREAT

The driver was waiting as planned on arrival, even though we were a little early. On our return, the short delay was caused by traffic congestion, not the driver or Airparks. Very impressed with the friendly and helpful staff

5 mins late collecting the car at the drop off point. When we arrived back it took at least 20 mins for the car to be brought round to us. Not a particularly speedy service. Car was fine.

The only number we were provided to call was an Office hours only number and so no use as we were flying early in the morning and the details about where to find the driver ( for our flight our of the UK)were not sufficient.

Found the greet & meet man very pleasent & helpful & the lady on the phone as we went to the wrong lane have used your service before always very good

Yet again, we had a great service from this meet and greet service. (We previously used it when it was BCP). Friendly and efficient. Meet and Greet with Airparks proved to us yet again that this method is so convenient and cost-effective when compared to other ways of travelling to and from the airport.

Excellent service in terms of courtesy and punctuality. Just makes it so easy not to have to waste time trying find a parking space, or travelling by minibus from an off-site car park.

A really useful service particularly with young children and we will use again - getting away quickly after a long wait at the baggage re-claim was a huge relief. One small area to improve - the wording on the airport signage approaching the drop-off seems to have changed and does not correspond to the text on the print-out - it would be helpful to have the text updated to match.

Having had a bad experience in the past with a different company, this was brilliant! The driver was waiting for us, even though we were early, and was polite, efficient, and well dressed. Bags out and we were away! Coming back, as we walked to the collection area towards midnight, the car arrived, absolutely perfect timing. We will use this company again.
