Have used this car park several times before and have always found it excellent. Staff are very pleasant,transfers very quick and it is very close to the airport

This is our fourth time of using Park and Go and see no reason to look for any other parking provider. Last year, after booking, my Wife was taken ill and we were unable to travel, we were very pleased that the parking fees were refunded without any fuss whatsoever.

A large sign indicating where your office is would help 1st timers

The young lady who took us and picked up was very efficent and friendly, we didn't even need to ring on the return journey she was there ready and waiting and knew exactly who she was picking up. My only criticsum was that I had rung the 08 tel no. a couple of days before to say I thought we would need to arrive at 6am not 6.30 as booked and they said that was no problem and not to worry about altering it, all the car parks are open way before that this time of year. When we arrived everything was locked up and having never used this service before it did worry us a bit, luckily there was a mobile no.on the gate which we rang and were told driver was on their way. I did feel the main 0ffice should have passed the new time on to the car park as we were not the only car waiting outside the locked gates and the lady felt embarressed as she hadn't expected us so early. Nevertheless the service was very quick and efficent and the lady so friendly that it didn't hold us up.

We were taken to the airport immediately on arrival and picked up from the promptly. The staff were friendly and helpful

The Antique Center parking at Exeter Airport was great! They helped us magnificently even though we had a luggage problem on arrival from Innsbruck. I would definitely use them again!

We were in a 3hr traffic jam and phoned ahead to warn them we were going to be late. the lady said no problem I will meet you at the check in desk to take your keys, she did and we made our flight with 5mins to spare! Upon returning the transfer bus was waiting outside as they knew our flight had been delayed and we literally walked straight out and into the transfer bus...faultless service and saved us £33 if we had used the standard long stay..they will also valet you car if requested.

We returned from Innsbruck circa 2200hrs and our transport to the parking compound was at the Airport within 2 minutes of our luggage collection at the carousel. Our only delay was caused by a couple who failed to appear because of lost luggage. This was not the service providers' fault. I left 2 cars for a week's full family holiday with the provider and it all worked out very well. I can easily recommend.

We didn't know what to expect when we initially pulled into what looked like a farmer's field or antiques backyard not far from Exeter airport and wanting to try budget parking. But any reservations soon disappeared. We pulled up, checked in, and were soon directed to the mini van where our luggage was loaded with ease and we were immediately taken to the airport. On our return to the UK the mini van was already in the car park waiting for our arrival even though we had a contact no. to phone to let them know we had arrived. Our car had been brought round from the parking area and was ready awaiting our collection by the entrance. We will definitely use off airport parking again.

the whole parking area needs to be tidied up and not be like a dump. road way needs investment. I dont know if the gates are locked at night to the car parking area for security.

Very easy to find, gentleman waiting for us, transfer was immediate, as soon as we called on our return the transport was there for us.. cannot recommend them highly enough

This was an ideal solution to our problem of airport parking. An extremely competent and punctual transfer, i would recommend this organization to anyone using Exeter Airport

Easily found and the whole experience went without a hitch. The owners were pleasant and friendly, explaining everything and providing all paperwork. Excellent value for money and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

What can I say about a car park that was everything expected of it. Nothing at all to complain about at all, if there was I certainly would have some thing to say.

Very efficient and convenient. So nice not to have to hang around the Airport having arrived home. A great service and we will use you again.

Although it doesn't look like a top rate parking facility, they do provide very good value for money & a very prompt transfer service to & from the airport, which meant that we were 'on the road' about 20 mins after we had cleared customs.

Only had to wait a couple of minutes for the transfer back to pick up our car, really efficient.

We were very pleased with the service. The driver was very friendly and we will definitely use again next time.
