Easy to find, almost on airport. Friendly people. Fast and easy transfers. Couldn't ask for more.

An excellent service provided even at a very early time of day, no hassle, no hold ups at either end of our journey experience.

The transfer bus on our return was only able to take a limited number of passengers. The driver said ' I will only take the drivers, otherwise I will have to do 2 trips????' this left me and 2 children under 5 and all our luggage in a freezing car park at night time. Not really a proper transfer service, but couldn't be helped I suppose. I wouldn't recommend this one to anyone with small kids as you could be in the same position we were! Not fun.

Good on departure but on arrival back in uk we were left as mini-bus full.Would suggest extra bus at peak arrival time.Otherwise a really good service

Called the driver on arrival , network was down (not drivers fault) . All good apart from the driver smelt of Alchohol , not good !!!! Really not good !!!!

This is an excellent no-frills service. My return flight was delayed but this proved to be no problem - my car was ready and waiting when I did arrive at Exeter some 9 hours late. The transfer bus is clean, comfortable and the staff very polite. An excellent all-round service that I shall use again!

This facility I would use again, from our departure in Exter and arrival, good prompt service

Definitely good value for money. Car ready and waiting on return. Little bit confusing as to where to pull up on arrival and book in but soon sorted.

We arrive and waited only a few minutes before being transferred to the airport. On our return the mini bus was at the airport by the time we got outside & our car was parked ready to go when we got to the farm! Also a very easy place to find as you go to the airport and then just drive on about half a mile to the farm. Easy....would definitely use again!

Despite returning at 4am, driver was waiting for us, quick transfer amd we were on our way home Great!!!

A good value-for-money, easy-to-use and reliable service. The only slight negative is that some cars were parked on grass which had become very muddy and slippery, and proved difficult drive over without 4 wheel drive.

The staff were very friendly and efficient, the drop off and pick up were execellent, the approach road could do with some attention and it might cause problems with heavy rain or snow.

No hanging around. Got taken to airport straight away which is only 5 mins away. Excellent value for money and would def use them again.

I cannot comment as my mother died the day I was due to travel and therefore didn't travel

Directions to site perfect,administration and conformation of details fast.The airport pickup is well within 10 minutes. Be aware the vehicle may be parked on grass
