We arrived early for departure but this was no problem, our meet & greet person was already on site for immediate handover of car. Return was equally efficient, found car parked minutes after I'd phoned from baggage collection. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. This was the easiest most convenient airport parking experience I've enjoyed in many years of travel. Excellent value for money.

Very Good. Was delayed and diverted to another airport and then bussed back to Exeter arriving there very late evening. The driver and car were waiting to meet us. All contact with Main Yard regarding late arrival was "not a problem" I will definitely use Main Yard again.

A very good service, no waiting before or after the flight, very friendly and helpful staff and the car was easy to find. I will be using them again. Also the most economic price I found.

Met by the terminal, unload the bags, hand over the keys to a friendly member of staff. Mobile phone number to contact staff. Car ready when arrived back. No paperwork. Fantastic!

Everything was as smooth as clockwork and just as promised in the advertising. It helped so much not to have to pull our cases way over the other side of the road for our car. Very good value for money.We will definitely use this service again.

This service made a huge difference to me journey, which was quite a complicated one. It was such a benefit to know that the car would be taken care of as soon as I arrived and with me again as soon as I landed at the other end of the period I was away. I was very pleased with the service I received from Main Yard. The lady who met me at Exeter airport was very helpful and because my husband was in a wheelchair she helped me get my luggage into the entrance of the airport. She was there waiting for us on our return from Spain. Exceptionally good service.

Answering calls was our biggest complaint. We had to try all numbers several times before getting a reply on both the inward and outward journey which is not very convenient especially when in the baggage recovery area. We also had to wait at least 10 mins. before the car arrived. The driver did apologise.

I rang as agreed, they were waiting in the short stay waving for me and they were equally waiting after I rang coming through arrivals. Very polite and half the price of parking on site and twice the conveience!! Thanks I would use you every time.

This service is truly excellent, you drop the car off right outside the airport, no need to worry about finding the right car park and having to then transfer back to the airport with all your luggage. On the way back your car waits for you as you step out of the airport. Perfect!

In our case the person was already in the short term car park to take our car key. So we just took our cases and crossed the road to the airport. And on our return I rang to say we were back and, surprisingly, were told our car was already there. So we crossed the road, received the key, quickly loaded our cases and drove off. Brilliant! (The only potential problem was before travelling we got no answer to our phonecall, but fortunately Main Yard rang us - and explained that APH had had their old phone nos. Hope APH now have the correct nos??)

You need to know that the telephone number on the booking confirmation is incorrect! We told the lady who took charge of our car and she said she already knew and had reported it but it still hadn't been changed. Your service means that when everyone else is dragging their cases to the other car parks (in the rain maybe) we can just cross the road and take possession of our car and get straight on the way home!
