Transfers were quick both ways and the car was ready to go when we returned. Couldn't ask for more.

Car park easy to find with good directions , speedy parking and fast transport to airport. On return couch waiting for us with no delays. Good value cheapest so far for parking. Would use again.

This appeared to be a newly-established service and the reception facilities were modest in the extreme i.e. housed in what appeared to be a shipping container. At the airport end, the bus loaded and offloaded in the car park, rather than at a dedicated stop outside the terminal. All this said, the staff were cheerful and eager to please and the parking area appeared to be fully secure. I would have no difficulty in using this service again.

The Grange carpark was easy to find. We left the car there & were immediately taken to the airport by minibus. On our return to Exeter Airport one simple phone call was all it took to ask to be collected from the pick-up point just outside the Airport building. We had a five minute wait until the van arrived. Ten minutes later we were on our way home in our own car. Excellent service!

OK, it's a 'budget' park, and the site is still being developed, following an enforced move from the company's previous location, so the facilities were fairly basic. Having said that, the area is bathed in good lighting overnight and is covered by CCTV from nearby commercial units. There are also regular security patrols operated from these units, so any suspicious activity is likely to be picked up. The service and staff could not be faulted, even though the return flight was delayed by over half an hour, the pick up and transfer was prompt and trouble free. I would certainly use the service again.

It was raining when we returned to Exeter and the attitude of the Mini Bus driver was very brusque and rude in front of other customers. He also was using his Mobile phone while driving back to the compound.

We were e mailed our confirmation, directions etc well in advance. When we got to our so called destination, we were told by a man that Grange parking had moved, we were not notified of this at all which was very annoying , once directed to the right place at last it made us very late for checking in. Not impressed with not being notified.

I found Grange Parking to be the cheapest for parking in Exeter and I was not disappointed at all with the service provided. Very good customer service, efficient drop off and delivery and it would appear, cheaper than the rest!

I will definitely use Grange Hotel Parking again and am recommending them to all my friends.

Directions given made it so easy to find. Staff were expecting me and after signing a form and handing over my key it was only a 5 minute trip to the airport. The driver was friendly and chatty and it was a pleasant experience. On the return journey my flight was delayed by 2 hours but even though the driver was waiting to go home he was still polite and friendly. An excellent and well priced service. I would certainly use it when flying again from Exeter.

The staff were very helpfully. We arrived at 4am but they were ready to help with a smile. The check in process was quick and efficient and the transfer took just a couple of minutes. On return our experience was the same, fast, efficient and friendly.
