Almostly missed my flight because the transfer bus was late,i got parking space half a mile away and then had to walk all the way to the pick up point and then transfer bus was delayed.and its not 1 minute from from the airport departure as i was instructed when i booked

pre-booking info didnt open barrier after having to got to office to get validation - needed staff assistance at 3rd attempt. Resulting 15 min delay. No reflection on staff - just poor systems.

After a 9 hour dealay on our return flight from Portugal the process of getting to the car park & collecting our car was made refreshingly easy.Thank you.

No one at office on arrival. Drivers to and from airport were the grumpiest I've seen. Their attitude would turn visitors away from Scotland/Edinburgh.

I had to wait for over 15minutes to get transferred from the terminal. Otherwise, the price is really good and the customer service is second to none. Good experience. I will definitely use this service again.

I hate other persons parking my car. With Scotpark this is not necessary. Easy to drive in and park. Bus collection points in various locations so not far to walk. Transfers to airport are easy.

Great location with very easy access - simply take your ticket and get on the bus. Very speedy, efficient process on return. Would definitely use next time.

It was so easy and hassle free,I just dont know why I paid £50.00 for a taxi to and from the airport as I did before, this time I spent it in the duty free. Also the staff were so helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend using NCP Scotpark to anyone using the airport.

Very quick transfer to airport just minutes away, and in peak period more than one bus is operated and they are large buses with luggage storage. On return a free phone service is offered or as in our case there was a bus already waiting at the bus stand. The drop off point and collection point are under a closed walk way so if there is a short wait at least it is under cover and the bus always stops and leaves from the same stand which is in a secure parking bay at the airport. There are numerous drop off points in the car park so you are never too far away from the car. On one occasion we had a flat battery and the staff were only too pleased to help and got us on our way.

Parked the car and straight on the bus, although disappointed with the bus driver we had that day he didnt speak or SMILE once! Could have offered a little bit help but didnt with getting the cases onto bus given that we had 3 suitcases a small baby and a buggy to contend with! Hoping its not the same person next time!

got a bit mixed up when I arrived. called and was advised at wrong carpark. however directions given led me back to same place.called again and advised in right place. however on my return could not exit carpark,called,told to bring ticket to office,did this and was advised i had been in wrong carpark..situation was resolved in a helpful and friendly maner.

Unfortunately the driver in the coach taking us back to the carpark didn't greet us or move out of his drivers seat to assist us with our luggage. At the car park - there were two Air staff (USA Delta staff )boarded the bus and they very kindly helped us with our luggage. The new driver going on to the coach was very bright and cheerful. Overall very good,I would use this facility again.

this is the 3rd time i have used your car park and it has made my journey seem so easy, i am a relatively new driver and was a bit concerned with my first visit but because it is so easy to find, park and get transfer to the terminal i have used it each time i fly from edinburgh.

Instructions told me to phone a no. I had difficulty finding the phone in Edinburgh airport and then got through to an answering machine. I then stood at stand for 20 mins not knowing if a transfer coach was on the way. otherwise an excellent service.

Straightforward internet booking and payment, and clear directions on how to find the carpark. The parking area looked convincingly secure. I only had hand luggage and I chose to walk to the airport, but used minibus on return journey and it was quick & efficient.

Great except poor signage on leaving - very dark and sign said to go to "Yellow Car Park"! Drove around for a while and eventually followed someone else who seemed to know where they were going! Otherwise excellent.

The site is near the airport - great pick up speed. Could do with another door - perhaps on the side to cater for those near the end of the queue but with lots of baggage. I had a broken shoulder (healing) but we could have done with some help. When we get picked up by the car rental companies in LA the drivers help put the baggage on the bus (women drivers as well). Otherwise, excellent.

The staff that was on on the day of our return were excellent and very helpful. The only thing that was more of an inconveniance was the time that we had to wait for the like bus, but the driver was very helpful. Over all this was great value for money and a good experience.

Car park was different from the ones we have used in the past. The others parked your car for you but this one you did it all yourself therefore you had to remember where the car was on your return. The buses dropped us off and collected us at the designated drop/pick up points.

We parked on a very misty morning and left side lights on draining the battery..however, excellent co-operation from the attendant ensured a speedy jump start from their vehicle assistance person.
