Easily accessible but long walk to terminal from the parking space, which was at the furthest end of the site, especially if it had been raining as no sign of a roving coach - good job we were fit and on time!

Managed to park easily, though the sign posting is not good, if you haven't been before, you will probably end up the entrance to the airport and then have to turn around, you can then see the signs going back the other way better. No problems at car park or on arrival back, just go to the desk in the arrivals room, show the ticket you collected on the way in & your booking form. Job done.

no big deal, i parked, i got on the plane, i came back,i drove home. it is the way it should be. the worst/best questions should be best without fail, ever. fortunately this was the case for me, but i don't ever expect any less.from any service.

No problems at all experienced with parking and collecting the car However because one of our party has a disability they found returning to the car in the long stay car park at night a long way, as the one way system does not allow to pick up at the drop off point. I must say that.Airport staff were excellent offering to take the person to the car in a wheelchair

We found some difficulty in finding a space on arrival and parking is not on tarmac which made the luggage trolley difficult to move. The transfer to the departures area was ok as we had parked by a pick up point. On our return the transfer bus driver told us that the bus does not go to the pick up point we used on departure so we had to struggle back to the car on foot.

Parking was close to the departure lounge and was very simple to find. Car was safe when we returned.

cars parked everywhere, in access roads making it very difficult for the transfer bus to get round without hitiing cars entering and leaving.

Had to park on the grass quite a way away from the bus stop,but overall was quite reasonably priced and didn't have to wait long for the bus.

Security is non existent and you have to go through one car park to reach the long stay. I didnt see any staff, nor did I see the shuttle buses working. We had to haul our luggage from the car park to the terminal ourselves.

Rather a long walk from the only available places at the far end of the car park. Also, if you want to collect your car first and then pick up less mobile members of your group from the pick up point, it will involve you leaving the airport and then coming back in via a somewhat circuitous route!

Great location and frequent transfers to aiport if required,although the terminal is only 2-3 mins walk away,superb

Arriving in dark early hours of morning in pouring rain found it very difficult to find changed access to long stay at Cardiff airport. Feel there should have been far more signs. Was eventually directed to new long stay overflow carpark where I found the road surface very unlevel & flooded. Staff & transport to terminal very good

The overspill car park is a distance from the terminal and would benefit from more frequent coaches. The process of pre booking should be explained in on your website. Getting your ticket validated on your return is a pain.

We arrived at Cardiff airport in the early hours of the morning (5.00am) after a five hour journey however were very pleasantly surprised to find directions to the nearby long stay car park. Despite there being a shuttle service from the car park to the terminal it was a delight to find that the car park was within a short walking distance, 10 min at the most. Our return fight into Cardiff, from the USA, was also in the early hours of the morning (2.30am) and so it was pleasing to be dealt with promply and courteously by NCP staff within the arrivals area. Equally, there was a very prompt transfer on the shuttle bus in operation for passengers and baggage to the car park. Again car park attendents were helpful and friendly and so we were able to make a hasty departure for our long journey to return home! I would highly recommend this car park.

Relatively easy to find a space we got very close to terminal building. Well signposted in alphabet blocks. However as we had paid upfront we thought we could use the ticket given on way in to exit with. Not the case! We had to go back to terminal building show proof of payment and was then given an exit ticket by a very helpfull attendant. It was not made clear on the booking form that this had to be done before leaving the terminal. So be warned but overall easy haslefree parking. We would definately do it again as there is no hanging about waiting for transport.

Arrived in daylight no indication of transfer pickup so walked to terminal - OK if you avoid the steps out of the car park otherwise you have to lift or bump your cases up, arrived back in the dark, car park poorly lit. When purchasing parking ticket would be helpful if NCP advise you of procedure when arriving and departing.

Having the customer service desk in the airport building wasn't a help but a major nuisance. Having a person by the payment kiosk at the car park would be far more practical for travellers.

Using the long stay parking on my own for the first time ( my late husband used to do it all) I found it easy to find my way around . The staff were polite and helpful and the pick up bus was marvelous. I have the confidence to travel more on my own now. Watch out world here I come.! Mrs Liz Davies Swansea.

car park was a bit full had to drive around for 15 min before finding a parking space. the tranfer bus was easy to find.on return flight the bus was out side on time. driver very pleasent and helpfull. thank you for a good service.

Quite easy to explain above..It was quick & easy once we found the right car park, we were told to fo to car park 1 on arrival was then told to go back and use car park 2, Lack of communication between attendants comes to mind!...other than that no problems what so ever.
