When I arrived at the carpark there was no staff about and took a while to find a carparking space. My worry is that although I booked a month in advance, it would be so easy that the cark park could be full and would have had to find another carpark to park the car at very short notice.

Booking online was very straight forward. the directions to find the car park were good and we drove straight to it. A courtesy bus was there in a few minutes and we were dropped at the front door of arrivals a few minutes later. On return our flights were delayed by a day! No problem - back on the courtesy bus within minutes of arrival, straight to the car park, ticket in the machine, pay the £8 owing, back in car, ticket in machine at barrier, drive home. Couldn't be more efficient if they tried even harder.

if you are departing in your alloted time and your car registration is on your ticket just drive away. no need for going to the office.

At the entry the booking was recognised (number plate recognition I guess) and the ticket dispensed. Tranfer came pretty quickly - v quick trip right to airport door, and similarly on way back. The instructions for exit need to be updated. There is no need to go to customer services, just put ticket in the machine at the exit gate. V quick and efficient and was cheaper than booking direct with BAA

Very conveniently close to airport. Transfers took minutes and did not have long to wait at either end for coach. Will use again.

The directions to the carpark were easy to follow. The driver of bus in the car park spotted us parking up and had the decency to hold on until we reached the pick up point. Bus was there just a few minutes after coming out the airport and we were dropped off right by our car. Excellent service all round.

Nothing showing BCP, no security in attendance, no secure gate, no instructions that you needed to have your ticket validated before you could exit.

On return to pick up the car, there was a short queue (4 people), each of whom had pre-booked. I was third in the queue and it took about 20 - 25mins to get served. I don't know what the hold up was but obviously when each of us handed over our pre-booked form the process of checking and issuing a tccket takes longer than just paying the amount owed for the car park ticket. Staff were friendly, just not efficient.

This was my first time using this service. I found it good value for money and the staff very friendly and helpful. I will definately use the service again.

Do to the plane breaking down and a replacement sent from Leeds I was late arriving in Aberdeen.The weather was atrocious. The car park chap would not let me out untill i paid for a day extra although i was only two and a half hours late.. Surely a little leeway could be given under these circumstaces could be given. Apart from that all went fine.

On arriving at site and attempting to check in I discover they have no record of my booking. I was also disappointed in the arrangement of having to find a parking space then drag luggage to the front gate to board the bus. On checking out the same confusion seems to arise regarding my booking despite my having paperwork to confirm booking. Additional facilities such as valet/car wash have always been of use to myself but no facilities available on this site. The check out procedure seemed to confuse other motorists at the same time and perhaps a clearer indication of how the system works might be in order.

Easy to understand instructions to find car park. Good levels of service concerning transfer to airport itself. Close proximity to airport. Overall, impressions were very positive. (Just ensure you have booking ref details handy for leaving car park!)

On arrival at the airport on our outward journey we found the staff very helpful and the bus over was immediate. On the return we had to wait about 10 minutes for the bus but again the staff were very helpful.

Have used the secure car park a few times and find it very convenient for the airport. Entry and leaving procedure very good. Coach driver always very helpful, and never have long to wait for transfer to or from the airport. It is worth paying a few pounds extra for good service and a tarmac parking surface.

I was delighted with all services NCP Flightpath provided and will recommend to anyone who says they are flying on holiday from Aberdeen. I will be using again when we go on holiday in August 2007.

Having returned to Aberdeen with no case and the documentation in my case, I was worried that I would have to pay again. But the very nice lady at the gate gave me a form to fill in and I was on my way in minutes! After all the difficulties getting away on holiday it was nice to be greeted by friendly helpful people.

My husband and I had to make a hurried visit to see my brother who was very ill. We were flying to Copenhagen and were due back at 3.45pm. I, therefore, booked the car into the car park until 4.00pm. By the time we landed, collected our luggage and the bus arrived, it was 4.10pm and I was horrified to be charged an extra day's parking! My brother had just died and we came home to be greeted with this! We have used other airport car parks very successfully with no complaints, but I must say that I would hesitate to use NCP Flightpath again.

We arrived to be told we were upgraded to short stay. Made our trip so quick and easy. Excellent. Will definitely recommend to friends.

The shuttle driver saw me parking my car and retrieving my luggage yet set off to the terminal without me. Another minute would have seen me on the bus with the other two passengers. This is a first for me, the driver usually waits for any travellers heading to the bus stop. Otherwise I would have rated this great too. Pricing is a little high when compared to others but to be fair, the facility is a lot closer to the terminal and I am happy to pay a premium for that. Generally, I am very happy with the service and with the staff. They are welcoming and friendly.

Could have better signposting to where the carpark is at the airport. Despite that, it was fine.
