This lounge is ann ideal place to wait in comfort for your flight. At 4.30 am there was only one member of staff trying to do everything but she managed very well. Hot coffee, fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt and wholemeal bacon rolls all available although some people were hitting the alcohol - at 4.30am!!!

At both lounges we have been in at Manchester either there has been a proper bar with bar staff and lots of choice of drinks - otherwise a help your self service with loads of choice of drinks. At Liverpool it is an unmanned small area in the corner and you have to go to reception and request a drink and then wait for them to come over. The choice was a lot more limited as well.

food was ok,only problem was as the lounge got busy staff got behind on filling cold beer fridge and luke warm large is not the best to drink,after saying that the lounge is value for money

food is limited but soup is lovely, cheese and crackers, etc, shorts /drinks are no longer help yourself, but the staff are excellent, at the bar all the time to pour you what you like, totally worth the money. bottled lager available in fridge. lounge is clean and very comfortable, only down side is having to go out of the lounge to use airport toilets, but understandable for security reasons. And toilets are a minute away. Have used the lounge twice and would definately use in the future again.

There was an older lady who was rude and made us feel very unwelcome but the other staff was great and next time we attend the lounge I hope the lady has retired , food was good and drinks made it worth the money

Fine for our party because it was quiet, wonder what its like at busy times though.Good value for what is provided.

Excellent value for money. We spent three hours in the lounge prior to flight, drinks and snacks unlimited, well stocked and free wifi. I would recommend this lounge to anyone flying out of Liverpool airport
