Executive Lounge reviews

We have used the 51 Lounge now for the last few years when traveling out of Cardiff, we find its value for money, very comfortable and makes you feel that your holiday has started before you set footaway on the aircraft.

Great advantage to be able to see the flight info with out searching out the screens, confidence that the staff will let you know of any changes and if delayed as we were this time it is good to get info about boarding times ect from a real person. We find it good value for money considering the service and space compared to other exec lounges we have been in - some don't even have thier own toilets which means going back out to the main lounge the one thing we are trying to avoid. The beverage and snack area is allways well stocked and clean. Also access to plugs and internet means the time spent waiting passes quickly with out worrying our electrical equipment batteries will expire before we even board the plane. I recomend this service to all my friends and would not consider going away with out using it.

51 lounge was a welcome start to our holiday. There were 4 of us in our party and we could all sit together in comfort while enjoying the refreshments on offer - of which there was a comprehensive variety. Items were constantly topped up so we could always find someething to our taste and not having to queue for the loos was a distinct advantage. The atmosphere was calm but interspersed with the occasional laugh as people chatted about their upcoming trips and we will definitely book again when next we fly from Gatwick.
