Front desk personnels were not friendly .. I was asked to fill a form as they said the system failed to save my reservation after a 6 hours trip and at 1am . It was full and I couldn't find a place to sit and when I asked for help no one seemed to care Wi fi was not available. I don't think I will go again or recommend it to a friend

It was ok. Had paid from 1130 but when I arrived on time I got told I had to come back at 1145 as the women on the front desk were busy doing a 'changeover'. Didn't quite understand what that meant. Food was decent and the selection of drinks was ok. It was quiet and relaxing

The lounge was very quite and well equip. The staff were polite and very helpful throughout my stay. The lounge was very clean with a good selection of newspapers and magazines. The selection food was of a high standard, offering both cold and hot options, with plenty of choice.

I arrived late at night and had a long wait untill my next flight it was very relaxing with food and drink readily available. The bath room facility's very clean. I was very impressed.

Everything was fantastic about this lounge apart from the couches could have been more comfortable, only one seaters available but definately more comfy than the metal chairs in the airport! Food and drinks were plentiful with lots of choice! Toilets very clean!

The armchairs are not the most comfortable and laying on the floor seems to be the only to get some rest...

seats a bit difficult to find but once i had sat down it was comfortable. Food good , a larger choice of hot dishes would be better. All in all good value.

This was a great experience. With 4 hours between flights this was the most relaxing way to wait for the next check in.

We had a very bad experience with Showers, we paid an extra $15 for a shower which we were not shown how to use, only 1 shower for females and it wasnt even tepid when we complained and asked for our money to be returned via the credit card we had had to use we were told we couldnt be credited for another 21 days. To date we have not received any credit and although the manager came down they still couldnt actually do a credit to our cards, very unsatisfactory. Lounge doesnt provide anywhere to actually rest only lounge chairs which filled up really quick, some people had children who were tired but they were unable to use the private lounges and had to split the families up just to get a seat. Fortunately for us we didnt have children travelling with us.

The lounge is beautiful, the servers are courteous and professional, and the food is good. However, there is a comunication shortfall/ issue at the lounge front desk in reference to the check-in instructions for personnel flying to the US. I wandered back and forth between the lounge and the Emirates counter (for at least 5 hours of my 12 hour layover) trying to get a boarding pass. The lounge wouldn't let me in without a boarding pass and the Emirates staff could not issue the boarding pass until 4 hours from the time of my flight...I was finally granted access into the lounge when I told the clerk that I was hungry, tired, and my feet hurt to the point that I couldn't and wouldn't take another step; the clerk then called the Emirates counter to confirm that I could not be issued a boarding pass until four hours before my flight.

There was no comfy, recliner type chairs to rest and catch up on some sleep. The chairs and tables available were not comfortable chairs anyway, not ideal for eating off. Overall the lounge was ideal the food and drinks and facilities but I would definately like to see improvement on the general sitting and a lounge type area with big recliner chairs to sleep on.

Excellent experience, the lounge is lovely and the food and service is excellent. I do find it slightly strange how one of the lounges has a smoking room and one doesn't.
