Big Banana (club 1761) Executive Lounge

Although we managed to be seated, many people didn't and had to sit outside the lounge, which is unacceptable when you pay for this service. The lounge had evidently been overbooked. There was a good choice of alcoholic drinks and juices.However there was a poor choice of food and what there was, was very tired looking. Pizza however was very good

The new (ish) Lounge is well appointed and well resourced. Comfortable and mostly well lit. Food choices adequate & bar options good Both Receptionist & Serving Staff were friendly and attentive without being obtrusive. Had longer stay than usual as Virgin Flight delayed incoming ,but transition from Big Banana to Upper Class virtually seamless. Well done, Thanks & God Bless.

really lovely lounge, with excellent staff. so much nicer than the hustle and bustle of the main departure lounge

The staff there are great and very helpful and there is a full range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available. The food selection is limited but this is quite a small airport so the fact it has a lounge is a bonus. It can get very busy when there are several BA or Virgin flights due to leave in the evening.

We were only there for about 45 minutes as the flight boarded early. It was lovely and cool, there was a nice selection of cheese and biscuits and other nibbles. A 'manned' bar rather than the usual self service and just as we were leaving the pizza arrived! This is the Banana Club speciality - I did manage to take a slice as I was leaving! There is a comfy seating area as well as bar stools in the refreshment section - also two toilets which were very clean. It takes a long time to get thru immigration and security at Antigua Airport - bear this in mind when you book the lounge as you may end up only spending about half an hour in it.

If you want to avoid the crowds, uncomfortable chairs, well the Big Bananna lounge is the best place. Very relaxing atmosphere and the refreshment is good. Took my best friend there for the first time she was very impressed.

The stay was very good except from the lounge being over booked. ..too many people for comfortable seats

Perfect time to experience an Executive Lounge with the flight back to the UK being delayed for over 3 hours. Had a nice comfortable seat and table for my daughter, my wife and myself. Drinks were great, food was lovely and fresh and all the staff were really helpful. I have flown 100 times in the last 3 years and have not bothered with Lounges before but that will now change in the future. Thank you Big Banana 1761

Antigua airport is often overcrowded with limited seats and facilities so Banana lounge is clean comfortable wi-fi works and is a haven from main public lounge. Eats and drinks not special but it is good value for money for the reasons given. Have used before and would use again.

Signage to locate the lounge door could be improved. Helpful service with attractive selection of food, further drinks beeing offered. Seating comfortable but open plan and rather crowded
